What you'll be doing As our KYC Analyst, you'll ensure seamless onboarding experiences for our consumers while maintaining a comprehensive approach to risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and exceptional customer experience. Who we're looking for This role needs someone detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused to ensure compliant and frictionless onboarding. - Work background – You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a startup or the financial sector; customer care experience is also valued. - Relevant Experience – Experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven KYC or customer support role (e.g., meeting daily/weekly targets). - Legal framework knowledge – Direct experience or comprehensive training in anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. - Language proficiency – Fluent in English.
