A propos de vos missions La fabrication des circuits CMOS nécessite l’utilisation de procédés plasma qui peuvent induire des champs électriques intenses ou une injection de charges sur les dispositifs de type transistors à effet de champs. Il peut en résulter un décalage de de la tension de seuil des transistors MOS ou la rupture du diélectrique de grilles des transistors. Ce phénomène est connu sous le terme de Plasma Induced Damage ou PID. L’objectif principal de la thèse est d’améliorer les règles de conception (règles d’antenne et diodes de protection) permettant de protéger les des circuits bases sur des dispositifs CMOS des effets de PID. Ce projet comprendra une phase de dessin de nouvelles structures de tests, une phase de tests de caractérisation électrique des transistors MOS et une phase d’analyse de données mettant en œuvre des techniques basées sur l’IA. Les analyses doivent permettre d’améliorer les règles de conception pour des plateformes technologiques telles que P18, 28FDSOI ou 3D40. Avec la miniaturisation des technologies et la variabilité croissante des procédés, la définition des conditions d’activation (formation, écriture, effacement, rodage) et des scénarios de test devient un problème complexe : l’espace de paramètres est immense et les approches classiques (plans d’expériences, optimisation manuelle) atteignent leurs limites. L’objectif de ce sujet de thèse est d’explorer et développer des approches IA / Machine Learning pour : * optimiser les signaux d’activation et les conditions de test des mémoires eNVM, * intégrer la variabilité procédé et le vieillissement dans cette optimisation, * démontrer, sur circuits de test et véhicules de test proches du produit, que ces algorithmes permettent un calibrage plus rapide, plus robuste et plus intelligent que les méthodes traditionnelles (ex. optimisation d’opérations d’écriture/effacement, choix des meilleures conditions de fiabilité pour une puce). Les algorithmes considérés pourront inclure des modèles de substitution, des méthodes d’optimisation (type swarm optimization) et de l’apprentissage par renforcement, couplés à des bancs de test pilotés en Python. A propos de vos missions * Définir des cas concrets d’optimisation (performance, fiabilité, conditions d’activation / test) sur technologies PCM, OxRAM, EEPROM. * Mettre en place l'acquisition de mesure (scripts Python + banc de test) et constituer des jeux de données. * Développer et adapter des algorithmes d’IA / ML (substitution, optimisation, RL) aux problématiques identifiées. * Entraîner, et comparer les agents d’optimisation (rapidité, nombre d’essais, robustesse à la variabilité). * Synthétiser les résultats et proposer des scénarios d’industrialisation (activation produit, tests EWS, optimisation face au vieillissement). Attività principali: Modellazione virtuale e simulazione FEM di strutture aeronautiche (parti primarie, assemblaggi e installazioni), incluse analisi non lineari e analisi specifiche per materiali compositi Analisi dei requisiti di aeronavigabilità e di prestazione strutturale, con sviluppo e applicazione di metodologie di analisi degli stress. Definizione e supporto ai programmi di test strutturali, inclusi piano prove, supporto al laboratorio e valutazione dei risultati per la calibrazione e validazione dei modelli e dei metodi Applicazione e personalizzazione di tecniche di intelligenza artificiale e machine learning a supporto delle attività di simulazione e analisi Simulazione di processi di Additive Manufacturing con approcci di generative design e ottimizzazione Redazione della documentazione tecnica (modelli FEM, note di stress, requisiti e valutazioni di test, matrici di conformità, descrizione dei metodi e linee guida di simulazione) e collaborazione con progettazione, produzione, laboratorio e stakeholder nazionali e internazionali Titolo di Studio: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Aeronautica/Ingegneria Meccanica Livello di Esperienza Richiesto: 1-3 Anni di Esperienza Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza di strumenti FEM quali Patran, Nastran, Apex e HyperMesh Conoscenza di analisi lineari e non lineari Conoscenza delle analisi di fatica e damage tolerance Esperienza nella modellazione CAD in ambito aerospaziale Conoscenza di automazione delle analisi e scripting (ad es.
