Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀 As our AI Operations Developer, Marketing you are the connective tissue between marketing strategy and the tools, workflows, and AI-powered systems that make it all move. You will own the AI operations layer of our marketing organization—centralizing tool governance, building agentic workflows, driving adoption, and ensuring the entire team works smarter every quarter. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be deployed into the problems that matter most—partnering closely with our Senior Manager, Demand Optimizations, Marketing leaders, and RevOps team to own AI driven projects and programs end-to-end, build AI-powered lead nurture and outbound workflows, and create the internal systems that let our team focus on the work that actually moves the needle. You'll sit on the GTM Campaigns & Operations team with a dotted line to Demand Optimization, acting as a strategic partner and hands-on builder who can move fluidly between "what should we do?" and "here's how it works." Your quarterly focus will shift based on where the highest-impact opportunities are—one quarter it's AI-powered outbound automation, the next it's centralizing AI tool adoption across marketing. Think of this as an AI-focused role that gets deployed into high-priority initiatives across the GTM org. THE DAY-TO-DAY 🛠️ - Master the Stack: Serve as the primary Marketing owner (in partnership with key SMEs) for tools like Claude, Cursor, Supabase, Qualified, and more, ensuring every platform in our AI arsenal has a clear purpose and a measurable ROI. - Architect the Future: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows across inbound, outbound, and lifecycle motions. - Operationalize AI-Powered Nurture: Own the operational execution of Qualified to configure AI-powered email nurture and outbound sequences so AI can handle personalized, high-volume outreach at scale. - Own the Marketing Brain: Build and maintain a centralized AI knowledge graph, use-case library, and documentation hub so the broader marketing team can self-serve and stay current. - Stay Flex: Operate with a "special forces" mentality, shifting your focus quarterly to wherever the highest-impact opportunities exist, from content automation to deep signal-based research. - Enable the Team: Create the adoption rhythms and documentation that empower every Docebian marketer to integrate AI into their daily flow effortlessly. - Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to internal resource for Marketing to evaluate, build, or scale an AI-powered workflow. You don't wait to be asked; you proactively identify where AI can unlock speed, quality, or efficiency across teams. YOUR SUPERPOWERS ⚡ - Proven Builder: You are advanced at building with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and agentic workflows in a professional B2B context with the results to prove it. - Ops Veteran: You bring 6+ years of experience in Marketing/RevOps or GTM Engineering, with at least 1-3 years dedicated to building with AI tools. - Automation Wizard: You possess deep proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n to connect complex systems seamlessly. - Platform Pro: You have a working knowledge of prompt engineering and a background in managing HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM ecosystems at an architectural level. - Strategic Storyteller: You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, stakeholder-ready narratives that build the case for AI investments. - Project Commander: You excel at taking cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping through to full-scale rollout and team enablement. OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝 Great work can happen anywhere but coming together helps us go further.
