Ingénieur Produit – IGBT Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Produit hautement motivé et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe dédiée aux produits de puissance IGBT. Le candidat retenu accompagnera l’ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, depuis les premières phases de développement et de qualification jusqu’à la montée en production, la pérennisation de l’activité et l’obsolescence du produit. Après une période de formation sur le site de Tours, le poste sera basé sur le site ST de Catane - Italie pour une durée de 24 mois. Ce poste requiert de solides bases en physique des semi-conducteurs, en structure et fonctionnement des composants de puissance, ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension de la caractérisation électrique et des méthodologies de test. L’Ingénieur Produit contribuera à la définition des programmes de test, à l’analyse des données pour soutenir les conditions de la fiche technique, aux activités d’amélioration du rendement, ainsi qu’à la gestion des évolutions produit. Un état d’esprit proactif, flexible et orienté apprentissage est essentiel, car le poste peut impliquer la gestion de plusieurs priorités et l’adaptation à l’évolution des besoins des projets. Des déplacements professionnels occasionnels vers des sites de production ou chez des clients peuvent être nécessaires. A propos de vos missions * Soutenir le développement et la qualification de nouveaux produits de puissance IGBT en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires. * Contribuer aux activités de validation produit afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de performance, de fiabilité et de qualité. * Supporter les changements de matériaux/process, les optimisations produit et les transferts d’un site à un autre. * Aider à définir, mettre en œuvre et suivre les programmes de tests électriques pour les produits IGBT. * Soutenir le débogage produit, la caractérisation et la transition du développement vers la production. * Travailler avec les équipes d’ingénierie et de production afin d’améliorer la couverture et l’efficacité des tests. * Analyser les données de tests électriques pour soutenir la définition des spécifications de la fiche technique et des limites produit. * Exploiter les données pour contribuer à améliorer le positionnement, la robustesse et la qualité du produit. * Contribuer aux analyses de cause racine et aux actions correctives en cas d’écarts identifiés. * Supporter la caractérisation électrique des dispositifs IGBT afin d’évaluer leurs performances et de garantir leur conformité aux exigences produit. * Collaborer avec les équipes de test et de conception pour interpréter les résultats et recommander des améliorations. * Surveiller et analyser les données de rendement des produits IGBT. * Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration du rendement et participer à la définition des actions associées. * Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue liées à la performance produit et sa manufacturabilité. * Fournir un support technique aux sites de production et aux parties prenantes internes sur les sujets liés aux IGBT. * Répondre aux demandes clients et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes produit lorsque nécessaire. A propos de vous * Diplôme de Master en génie électrique, physique ou dans un domaine connexe. * Solides bases académiques en physique des semi-conducteurs, avec un intérêt pour les IGBT et les composants de puissance. * Connaissances en analyse de circuits, fonctionnement des composants et statistique. * Une familiarité avec la caractérisation des dispositifs de puissance et les méthodes de test électrique est un plus. * Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. * Une expérience des procédés d’assemblage et de test des semi-conducteurs constitue un avantage. * Des compétences de base en programmation, telles que Python, MATLAB ou équivalent, sont un plus. * Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. * Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe. * Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, à apprendre rapidement et à s’adapter dans un environnement dynamique.
