Role Overview • This outstanding opportunity allows technically-minded engineers to broaden their system engineering skills and application knowledge, while gaining sales and marketing experience. • Our vibrant and dynamic team-oriented work environment offers exposure to a variety of state-of-the art applications technology each day. • As a member of our team you will play a key role in securing ST customer commitments and win business by working remotely and on-site with customers in support of their engineering teams, who are developing a variety of applications. • The primary focus is on ambient light, image, and time-of-flight sensor applications for various industries. Candidates must have a strong theoretical foundation in optics and practical experience with microcontrollers, including programming. • The role requires a knowledge of Linux, embedded Linux systems, and Android.     Job Description: Role Overview: The Test Engineer will support the verification and validation activities of the EPS-Sterna Ground Segment and System, ensuring that system functionalities and performances meet mission requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System in collaboration with global entities and other ST manufacturing sites. The role focuses on deploying, driving, and improving quality standards and activities across QMS processes and initiatives. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate shall: * Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. * At least 10 years of experience in QMS. * Proven experience in Quality Management Systems and auditing within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of QMS processes, customer requirements, and international standards. * Experience in internal audits, customer audits, and risk-based process auditing. * Knowledge of IATF16949. * Strong analytical and process-improvement skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a multi-functional and international environment. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Experience in reviewing quality agreements and implementing compliance measures will be considered an advantage.
