Your Role As a QA Manager in Manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet customer requirements and company quality targets. You will lead the Quality Management System (QMS), manage the QA team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence across the site. Key Responsibilities * Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) * Manage and develop QA Engineers * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements * Manage internal and external audits * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including yield improvement and defect reduction * Handle customer complaints, 8D, and CAPA activities * Lead risk assessments and change management processes * Support new product and process qualification * Collaborate closely with production, process, planning, and other functions * Ensure documentation such as SOPs, control plans, FMEA, and SPC are maintained and updated Your Skills & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science * Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality * Strong leadership and communication skills * Solid problem-solving skills, including 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D * Knowledge of SPC and MSA * Experience in audit management * Certified VDA 6.3 and familiar with IATF 16949 * Ability to make sound decisions under production pressure ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. You will lead supplier quality activities, work closely with internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier base. YOUR ROLE • Primary interface between ST Divisions and subcontractor(OSAT) to ensure timely respond to quality issues & enquires from all stakeholders • Accountable and drive subcontractor for internal & external customer complaints including investigation and 8D write up. • Quality continuous improvement activity including weekly gemba walk in osat production, program cascade from central, and etc • Responsible for audit (internal & external) and ensure open action closure • Responsible for quality disposition on non-conformance lots in OSAT. • Responsible for spec review and ensure subcontractor comply to ST’s quality requirement & quality tools. • Responsible for read across of quality incidence from other plant and deployment of special quality and requirement from customers and Division. • Accountable for ORT (on-going rel) failure. • Involvement in NPI quality related discussion. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES • Min.
