Responsabilités clés : • Collaborer avec les responsables des programmes Qualité afin de recueillir et formaliser les besoins métier. • Identifier et prioriser les opportunités liées à l’IA en fonction de la valeur métier et de la faisabilité. • Concevoir et développer des preuves de concept (PoC) à l’aide de l’IA générative, d’agents, de copilotes et d’outils d’analyse de données. • Soutenir la création de solutions IA pour la revue de documents, l’évaluation des livrables et l’extraction de connaissances. • Contribuer aux initiatives de gestion numérique des connaissances, y compris la réutilisation des retours d’expérience et les capacités de recherche. • Évaluer les approches d’IA pour l’analyse des incidents qualité, la détection des tendances et l’identification des risques. • Présenter les résultats et recommandations aux parties prenantes des programmes et aux équipes de management. • Contribuer à l’adoption des solutions IA en préparant des démonstrations, de la documentation et des guides utilisateurs. VOS COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES Compétences requises • Étudiant en intelligence artificielle, science des données, informatique, génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe. • Fort intérêt pour l’IA générative, les grands modèles de langage, les agents IA et le machine learning. • Compétences en programmation Python et en traitement des données. • Connaissance du prompt engineering et des plateformes modernes de développement IA. • Esprit analytique avec capacité à traduire les besoins métier en solutions techniques. • Bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation. • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et pluridisciplinaire.     Job Description: Job Description: Are you ready to take on a pivotal Chief Engineer / Systems Design Authority (SDA) role, leading delivery across complex, high-profile engineering programmes of national importance? As the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) continues to expand in scale, complexity and international collaboration, we are growing our technical leadership team and seeking four exceptional Chief Engineers/System Design Authorities to join Leonardo's Electronic Warfare (EW) Sector. In these highly visible and strategically critical roles, you will ensure robust governance and quality in the delivery of current products, while leading the technical direction for next-generation mission data architectures and services, including training and test solutions. Each role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a combination of on-site presence at our Luton office and UK and international travel. Role 1: Project Chief Engineer for the GCAP EW System, responsible for technical coordination of the international stakeholders (External Interface). Voice of Leonardo EW into the GCAP international enterprise. Leading technical engagement with customers to define solutions, supported by SMEs, and representing Leonardo with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the primary technical interface between Leonardo and tri-national partner organisations, ensuring alignment of requirements, architectures, development priorities and delivery plans. Coordinating technical activities across international stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration and resolution of cross-organisational issues. Ensuring effective communication of technical risks, opportunities, assumptions and dependencies across the international stakeholder community. Supporting negotiation and agreement of system requirements, interface definitions and verification strategies across partner organisations. Promoting common engineering approaches, standards and best practice across the tri-national environment. Supporting conflict resolution and decision-making where competing technical, operational or national priorities exist. Expectation to conduct significant travel, to provide the required support within the GCAP international enterprise. Role 2: Project Chief Engineer for the GCAP EW Joint Systems Team (JST) with Tri-National Partners – providing governance of the JST and responsible for delivery of the Product Maturity Reviews (Governance Lead). Governance of the EW system, ensuring the EW system is designed, integrated, and maintained to meet stringent technical, regulatory, and operational standards. Responsible for defining and subsequent management of the engineering governance throughout the EW system. E.g. establishing commonality / equivalence of development standards across the tri-national space; tri-national development, integration, qualification and validation, certification strategy. Responsible for the governance of the engineering lifecycle activities driven by the JST into the internal EW team – including concept development (guiding early concept and feasibility studies, include trade-off analysis and effectiveness assessment), development and testing (overseeing integration, verification, and validation activities). Providing independent challenge to engineering teams to ensure compliance with agreed processes, standards and quality expectations. Technology maturation assessment / reviews and application of governance in the early technology development life cycle phase. Ensuring technical maturity, readiness and risk positions are accurately assessed and reported to programme leadership. Product Maturity Review lifecycle implementation. Responsible for delivery of the EW System Product Maturity Reviews (PMRs), including iterative maturity reviews, in the tri-national environment. Establishing and maintaining the governance framework, review structure and assurance mechanisms necessary to support programme delivery. Role 3: System Design Authority (SDA) for the GCAP EW Mid-High Electronic Surveillance (MHES) Sub-System. Overall technical lead for EW MHES Sub-System; responsible for setting and measuring technical direction and governance. Interfacing with the EW System SDA, ensuring alignment and direction into the internal sub-system team. Acting as the System Design Authority and Company Technical Signatory for assigned products. Interfacing with the EW System team, ensuring alignment and direction. Delivering solutions that meet end-user needs, working closely with development teams and the supply chain to understand operational use and requirements. Ensuring compliance with performance, legislative and contractual requirements, with clear, traceable evidence strategies in place. Establishing the technical strategy and roadmap for EW capability evolution and future growth. Leading and mentoring technical teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions. Communicating key issues, risks and opportunities to senior engineering leadership and contributing to strategic capability and cost improvement initiatives. Technical point of contact for all senior stakeholders – consisting of Tri-national partners when required, MoD/DSTL, EW Capability etc. Role 4: System Design Authority (SDA) for the GCAP EW System Controller (SC) Sub-System. Overall technical lead for EW SC Sub-System; responsible for setting and measuring technical direction and governance. Interfacing with the EW System SDA, ensuring alignment and direction into the internal sub-system team. Acting as the System Design Authority and Company Technical Signatory for assigned products. Developed compliant technical solutions within cost and schedule constraints Lead effectively with strong stakeholder engagement skills. La détection de ces défauts est primordiale pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Dans le contexte du développement et de l'industrialisation de technologies avancées, le site de Crolles 300mm (diamètre des plaques sur lesquelles nous fabriquons nos puces) possède plusieurs équipements de détection et de revue de défauts aidant au service du contrôle de la ligne de production. La miniaturisation des circuits implique une sensibilité de plus en plus grande à la présence de petits défauts. Pour accompagner une montée en volume de l’activité Défectivité 300mm associée au ramp-up de nouveaux produits / technologies et à l’accélération du programme d’amélioration rendement notamment, l’atelier défectivité 300mm ouvre un poste d’ingénieur process. Au sein de l'organisation Opérations 300mm/Atelier Défectivité et après une formation de quelques semaines, vous assurerez les missions ci-dessous : \- Responsable d'un parc équipements de mesure (procédé de mesures, SPC, qualité, productivité), vous êtes l’acteur de l’amélioration continue sur votre périmètre : \- Créer les programmes de mesure sur les équipements et les industrialiser, \- Etre garant de la performance de vos équipements avec les capabilités demandées, \- Résoudre les problèmes techniques relatifs à votre périmètre afin de maximiser la disponibilité des équipements et la qualité des mesures, \- Etre le référent technique sur votre parc : réaliser des mesures spécifiques dans le cadre de manips engineering/crises et assurer l'assistance des techniciens en ligne en cas de dérive de vos procédés, \- Supporter et planifier les formations des techniciens de production \- Mise en place d’indicateur pour suivre les performances du parc équipement \- Amélioration continue type Lean A l'interface entre les équipes Maintenance, la Production, le Device Engineering, la Qualité, vous êtes un des éléments clés de l'amélioration continue des procédés de fabrication et du support au développement de nouveaux produits / technologies. YOUR ROLE Be the primary interface between customers and ST for operational communications, demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, supply execution and service performance through best-in-class customer service. Pro-actively act as the official and reliable information source for customer demand and execution constraints. Customer orders & executions management -Manage order lifecycle (firm orders, NRE POs, samples), including contract and pricing set up -Maintain and optimize backlog: update requests, monitor confirmations & deliveries. Capture customer signals to improve forecast accuracy, as applicable. -Ensure adherence to the agreed terms (RD changes, inventory control) and drive issue resolution working with divisions and supply chain organizations -Provide the short-term manufacturing request through customer delivery forecasts, operational demand management, complimenting customer POs, as applicable. -Achieve revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage, working in close partnership with the customer, sales and champions -Support billing and shipping requirements in coordination with Finance, Logistics, and Trade Compliance -Ensure disciplined last-mile execution to achieve quarter-end billing targets (e.g. JIT, DSI) Supply & Logistics Management -Translate key supply drivers (internal/ external inventory, GITs, constrained demand, PLDs, demand layering) into a clear and reliable supply commitment to customer through capacity visibility, quality service setup, and in alignment with sourcing agreement obligations. -Manage consignment and buffer stock agreement (VMI contracts, LTI agreements) -Proactively manage shipment risks: resolve delays, expedite urgent shipments, address customs issues, and manage trade compliance requirements -Oversee customer set up, following the governance standards and customer requirements Customer communication & Escalation -Lead customer communication on operational topics (lead-time, delivery status, improvement) -Support direct customer or distributor inquiries (claims, RMAs, compliance data, documentation) -Partner closely with the respective sales team, manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution through prompt communication Capacity & Constraint Outlook -Develop and communicate forward-looking supply outlooks aligned with allocation and capacity \- Define mitigation strategies and product mix scenarios during constraints YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Experienced operations leader with 10-15 years of expertise in sales processes, demand and supply management, and customer service * Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices, with the ability to support efficient planning, coordination, and execution across the value chain. * Collaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams. * Strong communication skills * Problem solving skills At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
