Who we're looking for This role needs an experienced, commercially driven leader ready to take full ownership of scaling a core line of business. - Seniority as a CM / Line Manager - 5-8+ years of experience in leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility, ideally within scale-ups or B2B tech companies (e.g., Fintech, SaaS, transactional platforms); - Track record in launching B2B Products - Having previously launched or scaled Business solutions or complex corporate financial services is considered a strong plus; - Sales & Customer Operations Expertise - Proven experience in building and structuring sales teams and Customer Service operations, with an analytical focus on CRM systems and workflow optimization; - Matrix Mindset & Collaborative Attitude - Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Growth) with and without direct hierarchical reporting lines; - Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory dynamics governing the financial and payment industries.
