YOUR ROLE * Maintain and support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations through real‑time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions. * Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow—delivering high quality, high yield, and low cost—by working closely with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed production targets. * Provide real‑time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations. * Manage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Work with Engineer to perform analysis and follow-up on all reported fab yields and D0 problems * Follow up on PM/CM qualifications to ensure equipment operates within specifications and can be returned to Manufacturing in the shortest possible time. * Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization for product and process industrialization. * Work with Engineer to ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in the system. * Manage and follow up on Lots on Hold. * Carry out Process Qualifications and Evaluations (trial runs) for SWR or split lots. * Ensure proper passdown with all process/tool details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the passdown report * Engage and participate in continuous improvement projects. * Lead and manage the team by setting clear priorities and achieving results through effective communication YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering * Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment * Good communication and reporting skills * Fast learner of new technical issues * Engineering data analysis skills * Multi-tasking ability ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. Job title: Senior Process Engineer (Photolithography) 1\. Process Development: * Operate and optimize Photolithography equipment for ASML i-Line Stepper Systems, by defining and tuning process recipes (focus, exposure dose, alignment, etc.) * Perform routine process monitoring and troubleshooting on ASML i-Line steppers, including tool qualification, SPC tracking, and defect analysis, ensuring stable and repeatable process performance. * Analyze process and metrology data to identify improvement opportunities, drive root-cause analysis, and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance yield, throughput, and process stability. * Assist in MEMS technology development, focusing on the setup and optimization of Photolithography, Screen Printing, and Bonding processes in a semiconductor environment. * Assist in the development, characterization, and optimization of Photolithography, Screen Printing, and Bonding processes for semiconductor manufacturing. 2\. YOUR ROLE * Manage and follow up on Lots on Hold. * Troubleshoot In-line SPC OOC/OOS * Follow up on PM/CM qualifications to ensure equipment operates within specifications and can be returned to Manufacturing in the shortest possible time. * Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization for product and process industrialization. * Carry out Process Qualifications and Evaluations (trial runs) for SWR or split lots. * Ensure proper passdown with all process/tool details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the passdown report * Participate in continuous improvement projects. YOUR ROLE: Work independently and manage a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers to support a Wafer Fab Manufacturing Operation. Establish common directions and common objectives for the section, assist subordinates in developing knowledge and methodologies for better execution of their duties as well as their career advancement. Manage and drive the equipment engineering team to meet the manufacturing parameter targets and ensure the equipment in high performance level, assuring the products with high quality, high yield, low defect density and low cost. Provide Technical Support: 1. Lead and motivate a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers with clear direction for achieving the company's common goal. 2. Drive and support technically the manufacturing and equipment engineering teams to achieve the best efficiency with the best quality assured. 3. Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide specific needs for the departments. Training & Skill Management: 1. Provide technical trainings and guidance to the Shift Maintenance Engineers in the team. 2. Liaise with external bodies and internal training departments to provide opportunities for skill development for the engineers through external seminars and conference to enlarge their technical sphere in their field of specialization. 3. Establish training plan for the subordinates. Cycle Time & Production Support: 1. Liaise with the industrial engineering and planning department to ensure all equipment are running with high efficiency by reviewing the equipment utilization continuously based on the input plan. 2. Identify and improve equipment throughput by exploring on equipment capability, line layout and equipment stability. 3. Study process/equipment standardization for production flexibility. 4. Provide technical solutions and direction to resolve all technical problems that effects the equipment performance. Cost Control and Management: 1. To review through the Equipment spare parts list and maintenance cost to implement cost saving activities while quality and speed not being compromised. 2. Monitor spares consumption and prevent wastage. 3. To review through operation, equipment and materials for opportunities of cost reduction. Sustainable Excellence Activities Management: 1. Facilitate and support team in iFIT Projects to improve areas concerning process and equipment robustness, quality and yield using problems solving tools. 2. Drive in excellence program and cross functional teams to resolve technical issues in an efficient manner. 3. Provide directions and support in most problem-solving teams using TQM tools like 8D, FMEA etc. Environmental, Health and Safety: 1. Maintain stringent safety standard, support WSH activities and audits. 2. Explore into ways and means to maintain WSH programs in daily work 3. Carry out duties in monitoring and maintenance of equipment and processes to ensure conservation of resources such as Energy, Water, Chemical and Gas. Eliminate or Minimize contamination to environment (water, air or soil). 4. Perform Risk assessments, manage and implementation of RWP accordingly. Sustainability Domains (Social, Ethics, Environment, Health & Safety) and industry standards: 1. Ensure that work processes and people practices within the organization are compliant with local regulatory requirements, ST’s Code of Conduct and applicable policies and customer requirements in the sustainability domains of social, ethics, environment and health & safety. 2. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements within the department to achieve the highest performance in sustainability.
