Role overview The Executive Assistant will be based at the Geneva Headquarters and will be part of the Sales & Marketing (S&M) organization. The role provides high‑level executive and administrative support to the President and senior leadership of Global Sales & Marketing central functions, including the Executive Vice President of Global Distribution Integration and the Senior Director of Segment Marketing & Applications Marketing Programs. The Executive Assistant ensures effective prioritization, sound decision flow, and efficient execution across the organization. Sales & Marketing is a highly diverse, multinational organization of approximately 2,500 employees, operating across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Key Responsibilities 1\. Executive & Leadership Support * Manage agendas, priorities, and calendars for the President and relevant senior Sales & Marketing leadership, including preparation, coordination, and follow up of key meetings. * Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the President and senior Sales & Marketing leadership, ensuring appropriate prioritization, discretion, and clarity of information flow. * Act as a trusted point of contact and gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders. * Partner with Executive Assistant peers worldwide to ensure alignment, efficiency, and best practice sharing. * Perform other related duties as required to support executive effectiveness. 2\. Meetings, Events & Travel Coordination * Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including senior management, customer, and top management meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and documentation are prepared, consolidated, and distributed in advance. * Manage travel arrangements and all related logistics, including processing expense reports. * Act as a point of contact for external visitors and key business partners. 3\. Communications & Executive Content Support * Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and documentation for leadership meetings, sales reviews, and global communications. * Coordinate the preparation of global communications and worldwide webcasts in close collaboration with HR and Business Communications teams, supporting the S&M President. * Ensure effective information flow, documentation, and storage by leveraging company digital tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI). 4\. Governance, Coordination & Executive Workflows * Support and monitor approval workflows within the S&M President’s office (e.g. customer creation requests, order cancellations or rescheduling, sample orders), ensuring alignment with internal governance. * Coordinate closely with other functions and support organizations (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, Legal) to facilitate smooth execution and follow up of executive requests. 5\. Business Information & Reporting Support * Prepare, consolidate, and analyze selected executive level business reports to support strategic decision making at President level, using Microsoft Power BI and related tools. * Track and report key Global Sales & Marketing KPIs, including budgets, expenses, and operational indicators, ensuring visibility and consistency for executive discussions. Skills & Experiences * 8-10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior or executive leadership within a large international company. * Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted business partner with high integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information. * Strong ability to anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and proactively resolve issues in a fast‑paced executive environment. * Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills; comfortable managing competing demands under pressure. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures, geographies, and seniority levels. * Confidence interacting with C‑suite executives, external partners, and top customers; ability to push back constructively when required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with Power BI, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar commercial systems is a plus. YOUR ROLE We are looking for a talented individual to join the STMicroelectronics team to develop engaging content for our internal and external marketing channels. This intern will be a part of the Integrated Marketing and Communications team and be tasked with the creation of documents and graphics including tradeshow booth graphics, event program guides, social media content and product demo videos. As this role will combine graphic design, video production, and event support, you will be able to work on a variety of projects, bridging static design, video editing, and on-site tradeshow support. A large part of the position will be related to graphics layout with the goal to optimize visual content for print and digital media, specializing in page composition and image placement to ensure a balanced, engaging, and branded user experience. Interested candidates should also have experience with video production as the role will have you create video content for a variety of platforms. You will have the opportunity to work as producer, videographer and editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that and is suitable for use across STMicroelectronics platforms.
