The candidate will contribute to the analysis of different SW components and middleware solutions evaluating the impact in terms of performances with a structured benchmarking approach on Stellar products. One of the key roles will be to contribute to the HW Abstraction Level for Software-Defined Vehicle European program. The Future Seekers Team mandate is to rapidly develop and mature seeker technologies to prototype demonstrator (Technology Readiness Level 5). Technology development comprises activities including concept development; performance modelling; algorithm development; software, hardware and firmware development; systems integration and testing. Your impact As Electro-Optic Systems Engineer, you will lead the integration of and testing of EO seeker prototypes, working with other disciplines. A typical development could be a technology prototype demonstrator. The candidate will lead the specification, development and be involved in system testing. The candidate should be able to liaise and ideally contribute to the design with experts in the sub system areas including electronics, software, firmware, and mechanical engineering This role may also be of interest with someone from an applications background wishing to gain exposure to research and develop a more theorical career. Day to day duties include; Contribution to the generation of new seeker concepts Generation of system and sub-systems requirements Working with test engineers to characterise performance Algorithm development and data analysis Trials activities What you’ll bring We can envisage a candidate coming from various backgrounds for example: Proven experience as an Electro Optics system development and integration. Ideally, you will have an engineering or science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience. An electronic engineering background, with an understanding of passive and active EO systems. The candidate would ideally have systems engineering experience or aspire to move into a systems engineering role with mentoring. Vous serez rattaché.e au responsable du département Test Engineering de l'EWS (Electrical Wafer Sort) de Crolles. Ce département est garant de la bonne exécution de l’ensemble du processus de test électrique en salle en résolvant les problèmes de test en production et en apportant un support technique aux Divisions lors de l’industrialisation et la mise en production de nouveaux produits, tests ou équipements. En tant qu’ingénieur.e Test debug, vous accompagnez les divisions et la production au quotidien pour résoudre les problématiques rencontrées en proposant et développant des solutions hardware et software innovantes. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’accélération de l’industrialisation, l’amélioration de la qualité des tests et la réduction des temps de cycle. A propos de vos missions * Assurer le support technique pour la qualification et l’industrialisation des nouveaux produits et équipements * Supporter au quotidien la production et les Divisions sur l’ensemble des déviations détectées au cours du test EWS et apporter des solutions aux problématiques rencontrées afin de maintenir un flux de production continu * Identifier et résoudre les freins à la productivité liés aux produits, programmes de tests, équipements et environnement de test * Apporter le support technique produit / process / testeur en cas de crise ou de baisse de rendement. * Rédiger des rapports techniques détaillés pour partager et proposer aux Divisions des solutions aux problèmes complexes rencontrés * Proposer et développer des solutions hardware ou software pour améliorer les outils et méthodes de test, concevoir des solutions techniques facilitant le débug des programmes de test * Être un interlocuteur technique en interne et en externe sur une famille de produits et d’équipement. Développer et partager l’expertise outils et méthodes de test au sein de l’équipe EWS * Participer ou leader les processus CRB (Change Review Board) / 8D * Collaborer aux différents projets techniques et processus d’amélioration en partenariat avec l’ensemble des sites EWS, les fournisseurs, les fonctions centrales et les divisions. * Supporter techniquement et former les techniciens process / TPE. A propos de vous * De formation BAC+5, vous avez une expérience confirmée en développement et debug de programmes de test * Connaissances de l’architecture produits * Expertise technique des équipements de test * Analyse de données, rigueur * Capacités à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement * Maîtrise de l’anglais Vous serez accompagné.e dans votre prise de poste par les ingénieurs Test Engineering des autres sites EWS d’Agrate, Rousset, Grenoble et Catane ainsi que par les ingénieurs produit des Divisions.
