Key Responsibilities * Conduct mechanical design and development of MEMS devices, from concept through validation and transfer to manufacturing. * Evaluate the impact of process variation, residual stress, packaging effects, and non-idealities on device performance and reliability. * Drive the iterative loop between design, simulation, fabrication, characterization, and design refinement * Collaborate closely with process integration, test, packaging, and ASIC teams to ensure design compatibility and system-level performance. * Support correlation between simulation, bench characterization, and production data to improve model accuracy and design robustness. * Use data analysis and simulation tools such as ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, and JMP to support design decisions and root-cause analysis.
