Your Impact We are looking for Manufacturing Team Leaders to support the Detectors LoB within the Production function at our Southampton site. The Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the manufacture of complex processes within our Southampton Detectors LoB (Line of Business). This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met, whilst providing strong people leadership driving engagement, performance, and development of a team of technicians and operators to achieve both operational and individual success. As a Manufacturing Team Leader you will: To lead and supervise a team of Operators and Technicians within one of our Detectors Manufacturing Areas, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture. Supervise, and/or technically lead, the activities of a medium to large size team; set objectives and contribute to assessment of their performance, while actively coaching, mentoring, and supporting individual development, to ensure team effectiveness and compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Act as a visible and approachable leader, promoting open communication, addressing concerns, and driving employee engagement and wellbeing within the team. Influence cross-functional teams (including engineering and/or project management) to improve the design / quality / build methodology / manufacturing plan of the product based on practical knowledge and experience. Drive company KPI burndown through leading process improvement & problem solving to ensure continuous improvement within own area. Diagnose and resolve technical / process / product problems, either independently or as a team, including finding innovative solutions, within broad business procedures, to contribute to business improvement and customer satisfaction. Provide advice, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to all team members to ensure best use of tools and support overall team effectiveness. Develop the team using company tools to support succession planning, identify high-potential talent, and maximise team capability. Ensure processes are conducted according to technical specifications outlined and products are compliant with required quality standards. What you’ll bring Proven experience in Manufacturing, ideally within Semi-Conductor or AIT manufacturing, but also within Aerospace / Defence or high-reliability industries Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Excellent solid practical knowledge of manufacturing processes Proven relevant technical proficiency either through qualification (HND / degree) or equivalent experience and knowledge In depth practical knowledge of relevant Health, Safety and Environmental principles (IOSH qualification required for the role, but training can be provided) Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) Ability to persuade and influence others Ability to articulate and explain technical understanding Detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant areas of SAP· Desirable Skills Experience with clean room environments Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification Experience with ERP/MES systems This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. This role is focused on the delivery of one of the company’s core products to an existing customer. This role will support a team that will oversee, co-ordinate and deliver all facets of cyber and information security related to the delivery across an engineering lifecycle – from requirements all the way through to in-service support and maintenance. You will be supported in this role as part of a larger consulting team, engineers and product domain specialists. Knowledge and Demonstratable Experience Of MOD accreditation and secure by design processes (ISN2023/09), and associated policies and practices across the lifecycle. In the application of standards including NIST Special Publications (e.g. SP 800-30, 37 & 53), and/or RTCA-DO-326A/B, 355A & 356A. In the application of Defence security standards, such as Defstan 05-138 & Defstan 05-139. That extends outside of traditional enterprise IT scenarios extending to proprietary and open-source software, firmware and electronic hardware. Developing, evaluating and analysing design constraints, and detailed system and security designs as they pertain to the cyber domain. Decomposing cyber and security requirements down to the system control level. Conducting cyber and information security risk assessment activities including threat modelling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigations, including technical understanding. Scoping and managing security verification and validation activities and remedial action plans. Coordinating with product engineers, system architects, and developers to provide oversight and guidance in the development of robust solutions, including advising on suitable product or platform lockdown and configurations. ST is seeking (multiple) 2 highly skilled Account Managers to drive growth within strategic Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure accounts. This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and executing account strategies across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and OEM environments. You will work closely with a dynamic sales team and cross-functional partners to contribute to rapid business growth, while enabling customer success through consultative engagement and technical collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for key and new strategic accounts * Build and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels, from executive leadership to engineering and operations * Drive design-in and design-win activities, collaborating with customer engineering teams and ST product groups * Partner with marketing and business units to coordinate product line strategy and opportunity development * Analyze and communicate customer demand and forecasts, working with Business Operations to ensure accurate monthly projections * Map and maintain customer organizational structures, including design, manufacturing, and business strategy alignment * Manage and track opportunities through Salesforce CRM * Conduct regular customer visits and engagements to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities * Support new product development by aligning customer requirements with ST’s power product portfolio Required Skills & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics (BSEE or equivalent). * 8-12 years of experience in semiconductor sales, field applications, technical marketing, or business development. * Strong understanding of Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem (hyperscalers, OEMs, enterprise – preferred). * Proven ability to drive account growth and manage strategic customer relationships at executive level. * Experience with demand forecasting and sales planning processes. At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
