As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Revenue Operations department is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of our enterprise go-to-market engine. This role is accountable for turning complex cybersecurity marketing motions into predictable, measurable, and scalable pipeline impact. Enterprise cybersecurity marketing involves long buying cycles, technical evaluators, multiple decision-makers, and tight alignment with Sales. This role exists to bring discipline, clarity, and truth to how marketing contributes to revenue. What You'll Do: Own the Marketing Operations Function Define and execute the marketing operations strategy, operating model, and infrastructure that enable scalable global demand generation, ABM, partner marketing, and pipeline creation. Serve as the CMO's strategic partner on marketing systems, analytics, automation, and operational excellence. Establish scalable operational practices that support today's business while positioning Marketing Operations for future growth. Build Marketing Intelligence Develop and maintain a trusted marketing performance intelligence framework, including executive dashboards, funnel reporting, campaign influence, attribution, ROI analysis, and spend-to-pipeline measurement. Deliver meaningful insights across regions, market segments, channels, campaigns, partners, and programs to improve decision-making and investment allocation. Own the evolution of marketing attribution from traditional first-touch reporting to multi-touch attribution that reflects complex enterprise buying journeys, ABM programs, long sales cycles, and channel-influenced opportunities. Optimize the Revenue Funnel Help identify where GTM investments are succeeding, where funnel performance is breaking down, and where resources should be reallocated. Design and continuously improve lead, contact, account, and opportunity lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, prioritization, campaign member governance, service level agreements, account engagement visibility, and lead handoff processes. Develop scalable frameworks that improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and marketing's contribution to revenue. Drive Operational Excellence Own the operational execution framework for global marketing campaigns, including campaign architecture, audience segmentation, email deployment, nurture programs, forms, landing pages, list management, QA, tracking, UTM governance, and post-campaign optimization. Continuously improve execution processes to increase speed, consistency, scalability, and business impact. Own the Marketing Technology Ecosystem Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, attribution platforms, ABM and intent solutions, workflow automation, reporting tools, and data enrichment technologies. Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and decision-making. Partner with Revenue Operations and IT to ensure seamless integration across the GTM technology ecosystem. Champion AI & Modern Marketing Operations Identify practical opportunities to leverage AI and agentic automation across marketing operations, improving execution, reporting, content workflows, personalization, and operational efficiency. Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and recommend innovations that create measurable business value. What You'll Bring 7-10 years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations. Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with complex buying committees and long sales cycles. Deep expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, attribution and reporting tools, ABM technologies, intent data platforms, workflow automation, and modern marketing technology ecosystems. Strong understanding of account-based marketing, lifecycle architecture, lead management, and revenue funnel optimization. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and business recommendations. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data and business insight. A builder's mindset with a passion for improving processes, creating scale, and driving continuous operational excellence. Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and automation is highly desirable. Cybersecurity or other highly technical B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred. The base pay scale for this position is $135,000 - $156,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. The Senior Manager, People Tech & Analytics owns the full People technology and analytics portfolio end to end. This is a senior, highly technical role for someone who wants to build the next generation of People infrastructure across hiring, compensation, payroll, employee experience, service delivery, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. While the title is Senior Manager, this role is intentionally hands-on and technical in nature, with success defined far more by technical leadership, systems thinking, and execution than by team size. You will shape the roadmap for our People systems, data, integrations, dashboards, automations, and workflow orchestration across the entire People function. You will turn fragmented processes into scalable experiences, manual work into intelligent workflows, and workforce data into trusted insight that helps the business move faster and make better decisions. Our ecosystem includes Dayforce, Ashby, Zendesk, Glean, CultureAmp, Okta, Slack / Google Workspace, Workato, Zapier, and a shared data and BI environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the strategy, architecture, and evolution of People technology and analytics across the full People function. - Define the roadmap for systems, reporting, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflow improvements in partnership with People, IT, Finance, and Data / BI. - Design and improve end-to-end workflows across hiring, compensation, payroll, employee lifecycle, and People service delivery so they are simple, scalable, auditable, and built to last. - Translate business needs into smart technical solutions, from configuration and data design to dashboards, controls, integrations, and automation. - Build a People analytics capability that gives leaders trusted visibility into headcount, hiring, movement, compensation, service performance, and operational health. - Identify high-value opportunities to apply automation, orchestration, and AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create better employee and manager experiences. - Establish strong governance for data quality, privacy, security, and auditability across People systems and analytics work. - Act as a trusted technical thought partner to People leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing clarity and momentum to complex problems. - Provide guidance and quality oversight to one direct report, with a light-management, high-impact leadership style. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - People systems feel connected, modern, and intentionally designed. - Leaders have faster access to trusted workforce insights. - Employees, managers, and the People team experience less friction and less manual coordination. - Automation and AI are used in practical, well-governed ways that create real business value. - People Tech is seen as a strategic capability, not just an operational support function. WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, People Systems, People Analytics, or a related field, with deep experience operating as a senior technical individual contributor or systems leader. - Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, including configuration, workflow design, integrations, and data structures. - Proven ability to design and improve scalable workflows and data solutions across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, People Operations, or lifecycle processes. - Strong analytics capability, including metric design, dashboard development, reporting strategy, and translating insight into action. - Experience applying automation and ideally AI to real business workflows, with sound judgment around controls, risk, and governance. - A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to influence across People, Finance, IT, Security, and Data / BI. - Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to make complex systems understandable and change feel manageable. - Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is strongly preferred. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment engineer, photolithography, or related. * Hands on experience with EVG Bonder/Debonder / EKRA screen printer equipment. * Understanding the basics of lithography principle and semiconductor process. * Knowledge of data analysis and statical process control. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Work independence and able to do multitask effectively.
