Les technologies de calcul quantique et les systèmes spatiaux à très faible bruit s’appuient sur des dispositifs électroniques fonctionnant en environnement cryogénique, typiquement autour de 4 K. Dans ce contexte, la caractérisation précise du bruit des composants “on-wafer” devient un enjeu central pour garantir les performances finales des systèmes (fidélité des qubits, sensibilité des récepteurs, marges de liaison, etc.). Actuellement, il n’existe pas de solution de test de bruit sous pointes “on-wafer” à 4 K permettant d’obtenir des mesures fiables, répétables et correctement calibrées. Les bancs de mesure disponibles reposent soit sur des composants boîtiers, soit sur des hypothèses simplificatrices concernant les températures de bruit en entrée et en sortie des dispositifs. Ces approximations sont de moins en moins acceptables à mesure que l’on s’oriente vers des niveaux de bruit extrêmement faibles et des spécifications très exigeantes. Un verrou majeur réside dans la prise en compte rigoureuse des gradients de température entre la température ambiante de l’équipement de mesure et la température cryogénique interne au testeur, ainsi que dans la modélisation des contributions de bruit de l’ensemble de la chaîne de test (câbles, sondes, transitions, amplificateurs, etc.). L’objectif de cette thèse est de concevoir, modéliser et valider une solution de test de bruit “on-wafer” sous pointes en environnement cryogénique jusqu’à 4 K, spécifiquement adaptée aux besoins du quantum computing et des applications spatiales. Le travail comprendra : * la définition et la réalisation d’un banc de test cryogénique on-wafer dédié aux mesures de bruit ; * le développement de méthodes avancées de calibration de bruit intégrant les gradients de température ; * la validation expérimentale sur des dispositifs représentatifs (amplificateurs faibles bruit, Transistor). Les résultats attendus sont : une méthodologie complète de mesure de bruit cryogénique on-wafer, un banc de test opérationnel et un ensemble de données expérimentales permettant de guider la conception des futurs circuits cryogéniques pour les systèmes quantiques et spatiaux. Your impact Manage associated materials in line with MRP requirements and ensure the IPT/LOB are aware of any material issues that will affect shop floor production and significant sales milestones. Attend monthly local Contract Status Reviews (CSR’s) and present material risks/updates via the CSR material report. Develop appropriate relationships and act as the interface with Buyer and LOB IPT‘s to understand material issues and close them out in line with MRP requirements. Proactively interface with IPT and Planning Manager to mitigate production material supply risks (rebalancing supply/re planning where necessary) Promote a culture of Best Practice in Material Supply sharing knowledge within the function and within the wider business. Support management of obsolete material and proposed LTB’s to ensure seamless material supply transition in line with MRP requirements. Attend and support the MRB/FRB process, ensuring all external material supply information is flowed and is a conduit into execution team.
