What you'll be doing As our Project Manager - Finance Transformation, you'll bridge the Product/Business and Finance teams to integrate new features into Satispay's financial ecosystem, autonomously leading end-to-end transformation projects focusing on tax compliance, billing engines, and financial front-end management. Who we're looking for This role needs someone structured, proactive, and analytical with strong ownership to lead complex cross-functional finance transformation projects. - Experience - At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant specialising in Finance Transformation, FinTech Operations, or financial systems implementation; - Domain Knowledge - Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing systems, and basic corporate tax/VAT logic applied to digital products or payments; - Proactive Mindset - Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting tight deadlines with precision; - Ownership, Accountability, and Team Contribution - Ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects and take full responsibility for the finance readiness of new product launches, while actively contributing to the overall agility and performance of the Finance team; - Technical Skills - Comfortable working with complex data structures, APIs, and modern digital ecosystems.
