Building & General Services * Perform daily inspections of building common areas (offices, corridors, toilets, canteen, technical rooms, parking) in coordination with contarctors/suppleirs. * Monitor and report any damage, malfunction, or safety risk (broken tiles, leaks, damaged doors/windows, lighting issues, etc.). * Support general services activities such as: * Office moves and layout changes (furniture, partitions, workstations). * Setting up meeting rooms, training rooms, and event spaces. * Basic logistics: minor deliveries, moving equipment, clearing storage. * contractors management: risk assessment, action pan monitoring, scope of works… 2\. Sanitary Systems (Plumbing & Hygiene) * Perform routine checks and maintenance on sanitary installations: * Toilets, urinals, wash basins, taps, flushing systems, drains, siphons. * Detect and repair minor plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, low pressure, dripping taps). * Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of sanitary areas in coordination with cleaning services. * Monitor the stock and condition of sanitary accessories (soap dispensers, paper dispensers, hand dryers, etc.) and request replenishment/replacement when needed. * Support external contractors for more complex plumbing or sanitary work. 3\. Floor & Surface Maintenance * Inspect flooring in all areas (tiles, vinyl, epoxy, carpet, outdoor paths). * Perform minor repairs: replacing broken tiles, fixing loose skirtings, filling cracks, etc. * Coordinate deep cleaning, polishing, or treatment of floors with external suppliers or cleaning team. * Ensure that all floors are safe (no tripping hazards, no slippery surfaces, proper signage in wet areas). 4\. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance * Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan (checklists and schedules). * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns reported by users or via ticketing system. * Support basic maintenance of doors, windows, locks, ceilings, small electrical accessories (switches, sockets, lamps – within allowed competency and safety rules). * Support HVAC and other building systems technicians (giving access, small tasks, follow‑up, basic checks). 5\. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping * Apply company safety rules and use PPE at all times. * Ensure that work areas are left clean, safe, and free of debris after interventions. * Report any unsafe condition or incident to the Facilities Manager. * Place safety signage (wet floor, work in progress, restricted area) during interventions. * Collaborate during safety inspections, audits, and emergency drills if required. 6\. Coordination & Documentation * Record maintenance activities in the maintenance system (manual or digital). * Fill in checklists for inspections and preventive maintenance. * Support external contractors when they work on-site (accompaniment, access, basic supervision). * Propose improvements to enhance reliability, safety, and comfort of the facilities. Assist the IPTs and senior management with ad hoc requests, including review of internal documentation and risk management deliverables for customer submission. Support assurance activities and provide input to internal reviews or audits as required. What You'll Bring: - Degree in a technical or business subject - Strong knowledge of enterprise and project risk management frameworks and standards - Highly numerate with experience of statistical and financial modelling (e.g. competence in quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo techniques) - Sound understanding of contingency setting and management aligned to risk exposure. - Experience translating complex risk information into clear, decision-focused insight. - High competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders. - Ability to lead workshops and present technical details to large teams of people with confidence. - Ability to coach in one-to-one and one-to-many situations Security Clearance This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
