All’interno dell’unità organizzativa Industrial Engineering della BU Velivoli, nell’ambito della funzione Manufacturing & Supply Chain, per il sito di Ronchi dei Legionari (GO) si ricerca un/una Tool Engineer che si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Sviluppo di nuove attrezzature di collaudo elettrico/elettronico e gestione/manutenzione di quelle esistenti Garantire l’industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti e l’ottimizzazione degli utensili e delle attrezzature di produzione, assicurando affidabilità, qualità ed efficienza dei processi produttivi. Redazione di specifiche dei requisiti per outsourcing di attrezzature di collaudo per apparati avionici Preparazione di procedure di collaudo di apparati avionici e validazione sul first article Creazione data package documentale di produzione e supporto ai reparti di lavorazioni elettriche ecollaudi funzionali Importazione baseline e analisi del MAKE or BUY Uso del sistema SAP per creazione anagrafiche, distinte base e cicli di lavorazione Partecipazione ai board di non conformità di prodotto / processo Supporto tecnico a forniture di schede elettroniche Interfacciarsi con i reparti di produzione e con i fornitori nella risoluzione di problematiche tecniche Titolo di studio: Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Elettronica Livello di esperienza richiesto: Junior Competenze tecniche: Misure Elettriche ed Elettroniche Campi elettromagnetici Conoscenza di base di circuiti RF Capacità di interpretazione di disegni e schemi elettrici, disegni di assemblaggio schede elettroniche Progettazione di semplici attrezzature di collaudo e cavi di interfaccia Conoscenza base di strumentazione da laboratorio Conoscenza di base del linguaggio di programmazione C Conoscenza di sistemi embedded open source (es.
