Who we are APeC Datacenter Organization's mission is to expand ST business in applications related to AI datacenters and to cover all APMS and MDRF products, with a focus on discrete, analog, and microcontrollers. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Marketing Engineer to drive the demand creation, design-win pipeline, and market share growth for our Power and Discrete semiconductor portfolio across the Taiwan market. This role will be dedicated to the booming AI and Data Center infrastructure segment. In this role, you will adapt global product strategies to fit regional dynamics, enable local sales/distributors, and interface directly with regional players, Tier-1 server OEMs, and key ODMs to secure high-value design-ins for our advanced MOSFETs (both LV and HV), Wide Bandgap (GaN/SiC) devices, SiC and Si Rectifiers as well as ESD protections. This role defines how ST hardware supports the next generation of AI server power supply units. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Marketing Senior Engineer your job is to drive the Power and Discrete demand creation focusing on the AI Datacenter, design-in our key components, drive the market penetration of the new product, and representing the customer voice within the organization. The role works closely with field application engineers (FAEs) to provide full technical support and expertise, and with commercial marketing, sales, and division teams to develop and execute strategies that support key business objectives. * First-Line Technical Marketing Support: Accompany sales teams to customer accounts, delivering compelling technical value propositions, ensure correct positioning of all the technologies and products to be taken care of. * Demand creation: Identify and map regional opportunities related to the AI server ecosystem, create targeted promotion plans, and ensure continuous follow-up. * Competitor tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and technical value propositions, and provide critical feedback to the division to maintain a competitive edge * Liaise with local distributions to ensure the mass market penetration of Power and Discrete product and keep the distributors DFAEs and sales engaged and driven on ST product promotion * Collaborate with sales and commercial marketing teams to ensure proper demand visibility and anticipate market and customer demand * Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and leadership in addressing critical business challenges.
