YOUR ROLE Lead and coordinate shift maintenance activities, perform advanced troubleshooting and support continuous improvement for the Muratec AMHS system in a 24/7 cleanroom environment. * Lead shift maintenance team and coordinate daily activities. * Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical and control systems. * Assist in preventive maintenance planning. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians. * Interface with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues. * Analyze maintenance data and prepare shift reports. * Ensure compliance with cleanroom and safety standards. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline. * Strong troubleshooting skills in AMHS and automation systems. * Experience with AMHS, control systems and AMR management. * Leadership and team coordination experience. * Good analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. YOUR ROLE * Support and coordinate the shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks. * Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, electronics and control systems of process module tools. * Assist in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for assigned equipment. * Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training and mentorship to maintenance technicians. * Work closely with vendors, process engineers and internal support teams to resolve escalated equipment issues and improve tool performance. * Analyze equipment and maintenance data (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, recurring faults) and prepare accurate shift reports. * Support and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, availability and throughput. * Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, EHS requirements and all safety procedures during maintenance activities. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline. * Strong troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. * Hands-on experience with front-end process equipment and control systems is an advantage. * Demonstrated experience in shift-based support, team coordination or leadership roles. * Good analytical, documentation and communication skills (verbal and written). * Able and willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment. YOUR ROLE Responsible for executing daily preventive maintenance, inspections and basic troubleshooting of the Muratec AMHS system components to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation within a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment. * Conduct daily preventive maintenance and inspections on OHT track, OHT vehicles, OHBs, OLUSs, Lifters and AMRs. * Perform battery changes on AMRs twice per shift. * Respond promptly to alarms and faults, perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. * Maintain cleanroom standards during all maintenance activities. * Accurately document maintenance activities, faults and repairs. * Support the team in emergency breakdowns and assist with equipment troubleshooting. * Adhere to safety and cleanroom protocols. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field preferred. * Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. * Experience with automated material handling equipment is a plus. * Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. * Good communication and teamwork skills. What we need from you: - Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or related science or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in at least one aspect of electronics design, for example: analogue, mixed-signal, digital or power electronics. - Strong team-working and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience of coaching junior colleagues is very desirable. - Knowledge of developing electronics within a development process framework. - Experience in some areas of the design lifecycle, from requirements definition through to implementation, integration test and delivery.
