All’interno della Divisione Spazio , stiamo ricercando un/a AIT Engineer per il sito di Pomezia (RM). La persona si occuperà di Integrazione, allineamento e test di sottoassiemi opto-meccanici ed elementi attivi (cavità laser, camere di amplificazione a stato solido, cristalli non lineari) all’interno di sistemi Laser e Lidar per lo Spazio, e relativi test di qualifica dell’apparato integrato. Il lavoro principalmente si svolgerà all’interno di camere pulite con controllo e monitoraggio di temperatura, umidità e contaminazione (classe ISO-6 e ISO-5). Principali attività: Stesura di documentazione fasi di integrazione e test (procedure, report, as-built) Ideazione e Utilizzo di setup di misura e collaudo (GSE) di natura elettrica, termica, ottica e meccanica Attività di allineamento di elementi laser attivi all’interno di banchi ottici di un payload spaziale Attività di misurazione e caratterizzazione completa di fasci laser (profilo spaziale, caratteristiche temporali, spettrali e di stabilità nel tempo e in condizioni di qualifica ambientale). Esperienza nell’ambito delle facility per la qualifica di apparati spaziali: camere TV, Shaker, apparati di condizionamento termico, Unità di terra per comando controllo elettrico) Supporto a ispezioni della qualità interna e dei Clienti Supporto per le attività di qualifica di processi speciali Esecuzione di collaudi tramite CMM, teodoliti, microscopi, interferometri, Faro Arm) Obiettivi: Diventare autonomi nell’integrazione, test e qualifica dei nostri apparati laser spaziali Saper allineare cavità laser, sezioni di amplificazione e di conversione armonica, valutando le performance intermedie e finali di ogni elemento attivo e sezione del sistema laser. Concurrent engineering durante le fasi di progettazione per evitare possibili rischi durante la futura integrazione di prodotti Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica e/o Fisica Nice to Have: aver sostenuto esami di ottica e/o ottica quantistica, fotonica, opto-elettronica, fisica dello stato solido e/o aver svolto tesi sperimentale con banchi di misura ottica/laser. Livello di esperienza richiesto: Junior: 1-3 y di esperienza nel ruolo Expert: 3-5 y di esperienza nel ruolo Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: Confidenza con strumenti per integrazione meccanica e ispezione ottiche. Metodicità, capacità di eseguire procedure di test, attitudine alla tracciabilità delle attività svolte. Confidenza nell’utilizzo di strumentazione E/O e per misure Laser (radiometri, profilometri, oscilloscopi, fotodiodi, spettroscopi, etc..). Utilizzo di teodolite, autocollimatore, interferometro, laser di riferimento Capacità di raccolta ed elaborazione avanzata dei dati raccolti (correlazioni, statistiche, trasformazioni di dominio, etc.). Capacità di definire ed elaborare documentazione di test e reportistica tecnica. Esperienze nell’ambiente di sviluppo LABVIEW costituirà titolo preferenziale. Esperienza pregressa di lavoro in Camere Pulite di classe ISO 5 (vecchia Classe 100) rappresenta titolo preferenziale. What we need from you: - Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or related science or equivalent work experience. - Proficiency in at least one aspect of electronics design, for example: analogue, mixed-signal, digital or power electronics. - Strong team-working and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience of coaching junior colleagues is very desirable. - Knowledge of developing electronics within a development process framework. - Experience in some areas of the design lifecycle, from requirements definition through to implementation, integration test and delivery.
