YOUR ROLE Manage local MRB (Material Review Board) activities for Power and Discrete (P&D) products from APMS group. Drive the manufacturing operations to ensure P&D products are realized with the correct standards, specifications, product quality, on time delivery and with optimum cost. Reports the MRB KPI. * Organize and lead committees reviewing non-conforming materials providing expertise on products to support on time delivery * Review with different teams to continuously improve the quality, yield and cycle time to improve the process * Support P&D products and/or process engineering activities and ensure strategy consistency * MRB top detractors & electrical data analysis and regular reporting, drive the improvement * Continuously align with the STS Back-End engineering team on the methodology, identified MRB lots concerns and problem solving solutions (TPAK, T2PAK,..) YOUR ROLE The AI Site Lead is responsible for driving AI transformation and value realization at the manufacturing site. The role acts as the key interface between the site organization and the central Manufacturing Data Science / AI@BEM organization, translating manufacturing priorities and business challenges into a structured AI roadmap and executable project portfolio. The AI Site Lead owns the site AI strategy, project pipeline, execution governance, adoption and business value realization, while coordinating the appropriate technical and domain resources required to deliver and scale AI solutions. Key Responsibilities 1\. Site AI Strategy & Roadmap • Define and maintain the site's 1–3 year AI roadmap aligned with AI@BEM strategy and site business priorities. • Identify manufacturing opportunities where AI and advanced analytics can improve quality, productivity, yield, equipment performance and operational efficiency. • Build and continuously maintain the site AI project pipeline. • Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, resources and strategic importance. • Translate manufacturing needs into clearly defined AI use cases and business requirements. 2\. AI Portfolio & Project Delivery • Own and govern the site-level AI portfolio from opportunity identification through deployment and adoption. • Initiate and steer AI projects together with Domain Experts, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers. • Identify project roadblocks and coordinate stakeholders to accelerate resolution. • Support deployment, replication and scaling of successful AI solutions across the site. • Drive increasing site self-sufficiency in executing AI projects, where appropriate. 3\. Business Value Realization • Be accountable for AI outcomes and value realization at site level. • Establish business KPIs and value targets for AI initiatives. • Track realized benefits including, where applicable: o Yield improvement o Quality improvement o Productivity / UPH o Scrap and cost reduction o Equipment efficiency o Downtime reduction o Process optimization • Ensure AI solutions move beyond PoC into production adoption and sustainable business impact. • Drive replication and scaling of proven AI solutions. 4\. Stakeholder & Resource Coordination • Act as the primary AI focal point for the site. • Build strong relationships with Site Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT and other functions. • Coordinate the site's AI resources and required competencies across projects. • Bridge the site organization with the central Manufacturing Data Science / AI@BEM organization. • Facilitate collaboration between manufacturing Domain Experts and technical AI teams. • Ensure appropriate allocation and prioritization of resources across the AI portfolio. 5\. AI Adoption & Capability Building • Promote AI awareness and adoption within the manufacturing organization. • Identify site AI competency and training requirements. • Develop and support a network of AI Champions / Site Enablers / Domain Experts. • Work with the Workforce Enablement team to support AI upskilling and reskilling. • Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and help embed AI into daily manufacturing operations. • Encourage manufacturing teams to progressively identify and initiate AI opportunities independently. 6\. Governance & Communication • Ensure site AI activities comply with AI@BEM portfolio governance, project methodology and standards. • Provide regular portfolio status, KPI and value reporting to Site Management and AI@BEM governance. • Represent the site during AI portfolio and Steering Committee reviews. • Ensure appropriate governance of AI deployment, data usage, solution ownership and sustainability. • Communicate achievements, issues, risks and support requirements clearly to senior stakeholders. Professional Experience Minimum requirements: • At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within a complex industrial or high-volume manufacturing environment. • At least 3 years of practical experience working with Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation and/or Artificial Intelligence initiatives. • Demonstrated experience working within a multinational organization. • Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments and functions, for example Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, Data Science and Management. • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects involving both technical and business stakeholders. YOUR ROLE * Support daily operations of Test & Finish/Back-End semiconductor processes. * Operate and monitor test, inspection, marking, packing, and related production equipment. * Monitor process performance and ensure products meet quality and specification requirements. * Perform troubleshooting of equipment and process abnormalities and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance when needed. * Conduct first-level analysis of production/test issues and assist in corrective actions. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related technical course. * Preferably 1–3 years of experience in semiconductor Test & Finish, Assembly, IC testing, or electronics manufacturing. * Experience operating semiconductor test/assembly equipment is an advantage. * Knowledge of IC testing, inspection, marking, packing, and material handling processes. * Basic understanding of electronic components, semiconductor devices, and electrical/electronic measurements. * Familiarity with ATE/Test Handler, ICOS/inspection systems, marking machines, or related back-end equipment is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of SPC, process control, yield, defect analysis, and troubleshooting. * Able to read and understand process specifications, work instructions, equipment manuals, and schematics. * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills, including Excel and production/data recording systems. * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process abnormalities. Able to work under pressure and meet production targets. * Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required. Good communication and teamwork skills. * Safety- and quality-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants with relevant technical training may also be considered. YOUR ROLE Performs specific task to support the development and validation of new process bricks on die attach process by establishing robust process setting, materials and equipment capability to enable successful development and release of new products to mass production. * Equipment Setup & Operation: Load materials, configure recipes, and run die attach machines (epoxy, or solder) per work instructions. Create die attach recipe for new process bricks for LGA, BGA, QFN and flip chip package. * Process Monitoring: Executes specific task and activities in resolution of major process issue utilizing expertise in the Assy process with available tools, methodologies in coordination with the local team. * Quality Management: Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products. In case of issues, analyzes and identify root cause of the problems, recommend corrective actions; evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Supports programs for continuous quality improvement of new products and processes. able to identify on visual inspection die attach criteria and rejects. * Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine errors and implement corrective actions for defects encountered to reduce scrap. * Statistical analysis: Support Die attach Engineer on DOE activities, set-up, DOE runs and Data gathering to complete the new process brick development. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Education: Associate degree or technical/vocational diploma in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a die attach process on semiconductor manufacturing. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with pick-and-place systems, dispensing mechanisms, and microscopic inspection. Knowledgeable in ESEC 2100, ASM 8912, ASM838, Datacon and Stencil printing equipment. * Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work in rotating shifts.
