The position holder will support robotics and automation manufacturing lines by handling incidents and requests to restore service, implementing workarounds where necessary to ensure production equipment remains operational. What you bring * 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within robotics, embedded systems, or mechatronics. * Strong technical background with an understanding of robotics development—including motors, motion control, sensing, simulation, and firmware. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams: mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, UX, supply chain, marketing, and sales. * Strong grasp of full product lifecycle management: ideation, requirements, roadmap, release planning, and iteration. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to use user insights, experiments, and metrics to drive decisions. * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving. * Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Italian is a strong plus. Preferred Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in robotics, mechatronics, computer engineering, or a related field. * 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Bonus Points * Experience with educational robotics platforms, robot kits, mobile robotics, or robotic manipulators. * Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Webots), or robotics middleware. * Experience working with open-source hardware or software communities. * Knowledge of Arduino’s hardware, software, and ecosystem. * Ability to write or review technical content (tutorials, datasheets, guides). * Experience with electronic design tools (KiCad, Altium) and mechanical CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks). * Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for exploring new robotics domains.
