All’interno dell’ Area Avionic Systems stiamo ricercando un/a Avionic Radar System Engineer per la nostra sede di Torino La risorsa verrà inserita nell’ambito dell’unità Fighters Avionic Systems ed in particolare nella disciplina Fighter Avionic Systems Engineering. La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di: Supporto alla valutazione e stesura della documentazione tecnica relativa alle attività di Ground testing da eseguire sul sistema E-SCAN Radar su velivolo EFA; Supporto alla valutazione e stesura della documentazione tecnica relativa alle attività di Flight testing da eseguire sul sistema E-SCAN Radar su velivolo EFA; Supporto alle attività di System Engineering su sistema incluso gli aspetti di interazione con il sistema IFF interrogator; Partecipazione/preparazione input per meeting in ambito avionico EFA; Preparazione di documentazione e supporto alle attività avioniche di Ground testing e investigation; Analisi Data Module, Manuali manutentivi, Flight Manual, check list e supporto alla loro definizione e aggiornamento. Titolo di studio: Diploma / Laurea magistrale in ambito Elettronico o Aerospaziale Livello di esperienza richiesto: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo Competenze tecniche/informatiche: Conoscenza in ambito System Engineering e sistemi avionici in generale; Conoscenza di principi di Radiofrequenza; Conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi Radar (in particolare Radar di tipo E-SCAN); Conoscenza dell’architettura dei sistemi Radar (E-Scan); Conoscenza dei processi e procedure di Qualification e Verification a livello sistema; Familiarità nel testing delle interfacce dal punto di vista elettrico, funzionale data exchange e radiofrequenza; Conoscenza delle funzionalità, operatività e manutenzione (se richiesta) dei Rig Support Equipment (RSE) necessarie a sopportare tutti i livelli di testing (i.e. integrazione, formal testing) al RIG; Conoscenza della operatività e manutenibilità dei sistemi Radar atta a supportare il testing del sistema; Conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi IFF; Conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi di dati di performance (dati FT); Esperienza nella definizione di requisiti per apparati di bordo; Capacità di utilizzo di tool di settore DOORS, Serena Dimension Conoscenza del protocollo 1553 ed ethernet e la loro applicazione ai sistemi avionici sono pure molto apprezzate. NICE TO HAVE: Sono da preferire risorse con conoscenza dell’architettura Avionica EFA; Esperienza relativa alla gestione e tracciabilità del requisito di prodotto; Esperienza nella definizione delle procedure di test. We are recruiting for a Lead Systems Engineer to drive LEUK technical delivery of a complex, in-service Communications Systems, working on real engineering problems and shaping solutions that sit at the heart of our operational capability. This vacancy will be based at our Basildon site. Your impact As the Lead Systems Engineer, you will act as the project team's Design Authority for the system, providing leadership across Systems Engineering activities and acting as the primary technical interface with stakeholders. You will support the definition, refinement and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring the system continues to meet operational needs throughout its lifecycle. What we build is exciting, interesting, challenging and complex. The system is already in service and evolving, requiring a balance of systems thinking, technical depth and hands-on engineering. Given this complexity, it requires a strong application of the “Art of Systems Engineering” to ensure we are doing the right activities at the right time. The focus of this role is to provide direction, guidance and technical authority to ensure: Customer requirements are fully understood, refined, decomposed and traced into system solutions The system architecture is clearly defined, controlled and maintained Technical proposals and design decisions are robust, justified and aligned with customer expectations System integration across software, RF and hardware elements is coherent and well managed Verification and validation activities demonstrate compliance with operational needs To be successful, you will demonstrate passion for your trade through strong technical leadership and ownership of complex systems. You will be comfortable operating as a technical lead, making sound engineering decisions and setting a clear technical direction while working closely with customers and internal teams. Given the customer-facing and collaborative nature of the role, we continue to offer flexible working with a combination of home and on-site working where appropriate. YOUR ROLE The incumbent is accountable for the Process Control section of Quality Department within EWS organization. Main responsibility is to ensure the wafers in EWS are processed efficiently without any Quality issue. \- To ensure all changes within EWS is managed systematically according to the SOP262 \- To schedule and chair all the PCRBs for EWS \- To ensure EWS Change management is done effectively and efficiently \- To schedule and chair all the FMEA review in EWS \- To ensure all the risks identified in FMEA are assessed and preventive and detection control are put in place \- To ensure all process control in EWS have been set up and are reviewed and updated regularly \- To look out consistently for any process area that can be improved to reduce Quality risk \- To schedule and chair MRB for CMOSF9 visual SBL YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor degree in sciences or similar * 3 years of experience in the field particularly in Semiconductor manufacturing business * Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite * English business proficiency ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
