  • Sibill · Milan, Italy

Colloquio con Andrea, Head of Sales (60') 4. Colloquio con Mattia, CEO (30') 5. Offerta BY APPLYING, YOU CONSENT TO SIBILL’S PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT AND HIRING PURPOSES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY AVAILABLE AT: HTTPS://SIBILL.COM/TRATTAMENTO-DEI-DATI/

About us Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance. That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world. If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. What you'll be doing As our Functional Training Coordinator, you'll own the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of function-specific training within our Product Compliance team to ensure teams across Satispay have the fintech knowledge and practical skills to excel. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Learning Needs & Strategy - Assess fintech learning needs across the teams and functions you support, translating product and regulatory change into concrete capability gaps and a clear training strategy. - Curriculum Design & Ownership - Build and maintain role-based learning paths and curricula tailored to fintech domains (e.g., payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing, consumer protection). - Program Coordination & Delivery - Mobilise internal subject matter experts and external providers to develop and deliver training, managing schedules, logistics, budgets, and stakeholder communications end-to-end. - Content & Regulatory Alignment - Keep training materials accurate and current as products, regulations, and policies evolve, partnering with Corporate Learning & Development to align functional and company-wide learning. - Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Track participation, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness against defined KPIs, gathering feedback to keep improving initiatives and to support onboarding across the functions you serve. Who we're looking for This role needs someone organised, proactive, and collaborative, equipped with a solid understanding of the fintech landscape to elevate team capabilities across Satispay. - Experience - At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management, strongly preferred within the fintech, banking, or financial services sector. - Regulatory Knowledge - A working understanding of financial regulations and the fintech landscape, enough to translate regulatory and product change into clear, role-specific learning needs. - Proactive and Program-Driven Mindset - Ability to run multiple training initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment, coordinating technical and business subject matter experts and external vendors, while keeping training agile and timely. - Ownership and Team Contribution - Ability to take full accountability for the functional training program while collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance, FinCrime, and other departments to embed capability into how teams work. - Technical Skills - Comfort with learning platforms (LMS) and practical approaches to measuring learning effectiveness. Instructional design experience or a background in compliance/risk is a strong plus. - Languages - Fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with international teams. Italian is a strong nice-to-have. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths. Your unique perspective is important as we build something special: if you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.
