Votre rôle principal consistera à : * Analyser les risques liés à la sûreté du site et de ses installations ; * Proposer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration ; * Piloter le système de sécurité du site conformément au référentiel (ISO 28000) ; * Préparer et mettre en œuvre les réponses appropriées en cas d’urgence ou d’incident ; * Piloter l’ensemble des moyens et ressources alloués à la sûreté du site ; * Assurer la veille technologique. Sur la base des analyses de risques, vous définirez, déploierez et améliorerez les plans de protection en matière de sûreté, dans le cadre de la gestion quotidienne comme dans une logique de roadmap à 3 ans. Vous serez également responsable du niveau d’alerte sûreté du site, du traitement des incidents de sûreté mineurs et majeurs, et participerez à des cellules de crise. Enfin, vous contribuerez au développement de la culture sûreté du site à travers des actions de formation, de sensibilisation et de communication. Vos principales missions * Garantir la conformité du système de sûreté du site avec la norme ISO 28000 * Animer et piloter le comité sûreté du site * Mettre à jour l’évaluation des risques sûreté du site * Définir et ajuster le niveau d’alerte sûreté ainsi que les mesures associées * Proposer le programme annuel et les investissements sûreté au comité * Réaliser des audits de sûreté afin d’évaluer l’efficacité des dispositifs de protection * Déployer les processus du Groupe sur le site et veiller à leur bonne application * Maintenir à jour les procédures locales et en définir de nouvelles si nécessaire * Veiller à la mise en place du plan de continuité d’activité sûreté du site * Développer et entretenir un réseau avec les forces de l’ordre et les autorités locales * Participer aux réseaux locaux et contribuer aux démarches de benchmarking sur les pratiques et solutions Sûreté physique et protection du site À partir de l’auto-évaluation sûreté du site, des plans d’actions issus des audits et de l’évaluation des risques, vous préparerez et proposerez un plan d’amélioration de la sûreté du site et les investissements associés. Sécurité des personnes Vous veillerez à ce que les processus de sécurité des collaborateurs soient connus, appliqués, mis à jour et améliorés, notamment en matière de : * Contrôles d’accès * Formations * Actions de sensibilisation * Analyse des incidents * Détection des tentatives d’intrusion Gestion des alertes et des incidents Vous piloterez le niveau d’alerte sûreté du site et suivrez le traitement des incidents. VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme de niveau Master en droit, sciences humaines ou domaine similaire Profil Sûreté / Sécurité avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience opérationnelle dans le domaine de la protection des personnes et des biens, idéalement complétée par des contributions positives dans votre périmètre de responsabilité Bonne connaissance et expérience des systèmes de management tels que ISO 15408, ISO 28000 et ISO 22301 English version YOUR ROLE The purpose of Site Security Manager is to safeguard ST interests, by protecting its physical, intellectual, logical assets and its personnel. This includes, but not limited to preparing and providing a proper response to security emergencies and incidents that represent a threat to the company. The main role of this position is to manage Site Security Management System Based on risk assessments, this position defines, implements and improves the physical, personnel and external security protection plans on a day to day operation and within a 3 years road map. This position is responsible of managing site alertness level, minor and major security incidents and security crisis for the site. This position is responsible of the security culture development within the site through training, awareness and communication programs. Le site de STMicroelectronics Rennes Space fournit principalement des composants électroniques pour le domaine spatial grâce à ces certifications européennes (ESA) et américaines (DLA/NASA). Nos produits de très hautes fiabilités doivent être conformes à ces normes internationales à chaque étape de fabrication. Dans le cadre de la modernisation de notre ligne de fabrication, nous souhaitons implémenter un nouvel équipement d’inspection visuelle automatique (AOI). Au sein du service Qualité de ST Rennes et en étroite relation avec l’équipe process, la production et la maintenance, la mission comportera les tâches suivantes = * Comprendre la problématique de l’inspection visuelle des puces sur tranche de silicium * Maitriser le concept de la modélisation informatique du repérage des puces sur tranche de silicium * Concevoir les programmes d’inspection sur les différents produits de la ligne * S’assurer que les fichiers de repérage sont conformes et utilisables pour l’étape de fabrication suivante * Gérer les essais de validation de mise en production de chaque programme * Rédiger et mettre à jour les modes opératoires et les procédures de contrôles * Définir et mettre en place des indicateurs d’efficacité du contrôle automatique * Identifier, analyser et limiter les risques techniques liés à l’utilisation de l’équipement * Assurer la formation des équipes de production sur l’équipement Cette mission convient pour un projet de fin d'études. Nous attendons du ou de la candidate: * Une approche terrain pour bien comprendre nos méthodes de travail * Des capacités d’adaptation dans un milieu industriel avec de fortes exigences (travail en tenue salle blanche) * Un sens de la rigueur et du respect des procédures * Un bon niveau de communication avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs en français et en anglais (principalement écrit) Cette mission vous permettra d’acquérir des compétences en génie industriel, génie des procédés dans un secteur de pointe.
