YOUR ROLE You join the STM32 Community Support team in ST Tunis as an apprentice for 4 years, supporting the ST Community with first‑level technical assistance, content creation, and continuous improvement of our online resources while pursuing your engineering studies. ST Community Contribution & Level‑1 Support * Provide first‑line support to ST Community users on STM32 topics. * Qualify and escalate more complex questions to the appropriate STM32 experts or teams, ensuring that all key technical details are captured. * Help maintain and organize community content (tags, labels, accepted solutions, FAQs). * Monitor recurring questions and identify gaps in existing documentation, tutorials or example projects. * Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and “how‑to” guides based on the most frequent community issues.
