The successful candidate will work closely with Process and Risk Owners and functional teams to support the identification, assessment and management of both threats and opportunities across the business. The role will involve facilitating and supporting risk discussions and workshops, maintaining risk information within the corporate risk management system, and helping ensure mitigation actions are appropriately tracked and evidenced through to completion. A key aspect of the role is supporting the delivery of insightful risk reporting that enables informed decision making. We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability who can interpret data, identify trends, develop predictive analytics using AI and present information clearly for a range of stakeholders. Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Power BI would be highly advantageous, particularly the ability to translate complex information into visually engaging outputs. The role will also support quantitative risk analysis activity, including interpretation of Monte Carlo analysis and S-Curves. Candidates should therefore be comfortable working with data and able to apply a logical and structured approach to analysis and problem solving. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The successful candidate will need to communicate confidently with colleagues across all levels of the business, building effective working relationships and supporting the continued promotion of a positive and proactive risk culture across Leonardo. This position would suit someone who is organised, commercially aware and keen to continue building a career within enterprise risk management, while contributing to the ongoing maturity and effectiveness of risk management across the business. What You'll Bring Deep understanding of Risk Management frameworks and corporate governance principles Previous experience within Enterprise Risk Management, Project Risk, or a related governance environment Experience facilitating or supporting risk workshops, interviews, or risk review activities Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience using Power BI and/or advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reporting or data visualisations and familiarity with SQL, Python or Talend is highly advantageous. At Leonardo we have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Improvement Lead to work on our GCAP Electronics Evolution Consortium (G2E) at our Reading site. G2E brings together four world-leading defence electronics champions, from three nations (Italy, UK and Japan), as a single strategic enabling partner, with one vision…to deliver the Integrated Sensors And Non-Kinetic Effects and Integrated Communications Systems (ISANKE & ICS) that will make the GCAP next-generation fighter jet, a sensor powerhouse. As Quality Improvement Lead , you will be a UK representative for the G2E Domain Quality Management Office (DQMO), working under the Quality Director to drive improvement activities. As part of an international consortium it is expected that this role will involve travel internationally as well as nationally between Leonardo UK sites. It is also likely that the role will start at our Luton site and subsequently move to Reading, dependent on timelines. As Quality Improvement Lead you will: Implement process improvements and manage data to monitor quality performances and KPIs. Integrate advanced technologies (e.g. AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IoT) to enhance quality monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Implement tools to support the five phases: Planning, Product Design and Development, Process Design and Development, Product and Process Validation, and On-going Production, Use, and Post-delivery Service. Support internal departments in the application of these tools by providing training, resources, and guidance on the tool principles and practices. Co-ordinate with the international partners to ensure their supply chain support these tools to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements. Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with those tools and processes. Facilitate effective communication between G2E and Partner teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and deliverables. What you’ll bring: Essential A degree in a STEM or business related topic Experience of working in a quality or business improvement role An understanding of ISO 9001 Analytical and problem solving skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Evidence of good collaboration skills and cross geographic working, to reach agreements and form partnerships Desirable AS 9100 series of standard (incl AS9145) Agile Development Frameworks (e.g. SCRUM) Quality Management software and tools Lean / Six Sigma Principles This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Marketing Engineer to drive the demand creation, design-win pipeline, and market share growth for our Power and Discrete semiconductor portfolio across the Taiwan market. This role will be dedicated to the booming AI and Data Center infrastructure segment. In this role, you will adapt global product strategies to fit regional dynamics, enable local sales/distributors, and interface directly with regional players, Tier-1 server OEMs, and key ODMs to secure high-value design-ins for our advanced MOSFETs (both LV and HV), Wide Bandgap (GaN/SiC) devices, SiC and Si Rectifiers as well as ESD protections. This role defines how ST hardware supports the next generation of AI server power supply units. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Marketing Senior Engineer your job is to drive the Power and Discrete demand creation focusing on the AI Datacenter, design-in our key components, drive the market penetration of the new product, and representing the customer voice within the organization.
