THE ROLE The candidate, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, Analytics and BI, will lead the global digital marketing analytics strategy of STMicroelectronics, orchestrating the data-driven transformation and coordinating a global team of 7 digital analysts. The team has a threefold function: governing the measurement framework for ST digital channels, providing competitive insights, and driving enablement through interactive dashboards and training programs. The role requires strategic vision, leadership, and technical skills to act as a bridge between IT and business. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Degree and Specialization: Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics/Marketing, or related fields. An MBA or advanced master’s/specialization courses in Marketing Analytics, AI applied to Digital Marketing, or Business Strategy will be considered a plus. * Leadership & Governance Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in analytics and business intelligence, including at least 5 years in senior leadership positions with a proven track record in the management and strategic supervision of structured teams. * Industry Background: Solid senior experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Business Insights, and Competitive Intelligence within complex international environments, with a preferred background in the B2B or technology/semiconductor sector. * Project & Vendor Management: Proven career path in coordinating complex, cross-functional analytics programs, defining global roadmaps, and governing external partnerships with a focus on cost/value optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Global Strategy and Roadmap: Define and supervise the digital marketing analytics roadmap. Steer analytical Competitive Intelligence activities to proactively identify strategic positioning opportunities and competitive benchmarks to be translated into actionable recommendations for leadership. * Strategic Partnership with the Business: Collaborate with the executive team and functional leadership to guide decisions on marketing, operations, and customer experience through the strategic use of data. * Performance Monitoring and Business Impact: Orchestrate the global framework for digital performance measurement, ensuring the strategic direction and evolution of executive reporting tools (including the "Top Page" and the "Digital Footprint"). * Promote the systematic adoption of PDCA methodologies to optimize channel effectiveness and Digital Marketing ROI. * Data Governance and Quality: Validate excellence standards for analytics methodologies, data quality, and documentation, ensuring the accuracy and global scalability of solutions. * Enablement and Training: Promote a data culture within the company by driving the adoption of self-service dashboards and continuous training plans to enable the business to be autonomous in analysis. * Team Leadership and Management: Guide and motivate a global team of 7 digital analysts (3 senior, 4 junior/consultants). Define individual objectives, support professional growth, and optimize the operational delegation model. * Budget and AI Transformation: Manage the annual budget of the function, maximizing investment ROI. Drive strategic Artificial Intelligence use cases (Conversational Analytics, agentic systems for analysis, planning, and action) with a high impact on the business. REQUIRED SKILLS Technical Skills: * Digital Analytics & Visualization Governance: Ability to direct and supervise digital analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Competitive Intelligence, and Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau). * B2B Marketing Ecosystem: Deep understanding of marketing automation solutions, CRM analytics, customer data platforms, and the analytical logic of customer experience, the B2B pipeline (Lead Lifecycle Scoring from MQL to SAL), and e-commerce metrics. * Data Strategy & Governance: Solid conceptual understanding of corporate data flows and integration models, combined with mastery of data governance and data quality principles to validate the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of insights generated by the team. Managerial and Relational Skills: * Strategic Vision and Operating Model: Ability to facilitate and contribute to the global digital marketing data/AI roadmaps, structuring operating models based on a clear assignment of responsibility (accountability) and an effective chain of decision-making delegation at an organizational level. * Project & Program Management (Governance): Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to govern complex, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring compliance with timelines, corporate budgets, and global quality standards. * People Management & Empowerment: Inclusive leadership mindset aimed at talent growth, performance management (performance management), and the motivation of functionally responsible figures across different geographical locations. * Stakeholder & Change Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, effective communication with executive teams and leadership, and a strong attitude toward promoting operational excellence frameworks (PDCA), enablement programs, and a data-driven culture across the entire organization. * Language Skills: Fluent English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken, essential for synergy and governance in global contexts. The expected salary range for this position is €52,000 – €58,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay and productivity premium. In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Product & Test Engineer to support and optimize the full test lifecycle of our products. In this role, you will work on automation, new product/package introduction, test flow optimization, yield and SFV improvement, and customer incident resolution. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, quality, and data science teams to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality production. Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Developing automation workflows and test programs to streamline lot processing and reduce manual intervention. * Supporting new package and new product introductions through test program optimization and yield improvement activities. * Optimizing test flows by refining the sequence of testing steps to reduce total cycle time while maintaining test accuracy and product quality. * Implementing smart burn-in sampling by optimizing the test flow to segregate units by ULT category, allowing some units to skip burn-in based on data science–driven information. * Introducing capacitive testing to complement existing test methodologies and enhance the detection of wire proximity conditions. * Evaluating yield metrics and defining improvement plans to enhance production efficiency and robustness. * Providing timely support for customer incidents, ensuring prompt analysis, resolution, and follow-up. * Analyzing data from hold lots to identify patterns or anomalies causing delays and performance issues. * Performing root cause analysis on hold lots to identify underlying issues and implementing actions to prevent recurrence. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate shall: * Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. * Experience in test engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or automation is an advantage. * Knowledge of test program development and test methodologies (e.g., functional, parametric, capacitive testing). * Proficiency in the C programming language is considered an asset. * Be ready to learn and progress on the technical skills in relation to new equipment. * Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross functional teams.
