All’interno dell’Area Industrial Operations, stiamo ricercando un/a tirocinante curriculare per la nostra sede di Angni La risorsa inserita in un percorso di tirocinio verrà formata su queste attività: Mappatura della totalità degli stampi presenti in azienda (clean room, Attrezzeria, magazzino) Raccolta ed inserimento dati nel sistema “Move” per utenze, associazione stampi-tag, associazioni aree di lavoro Monitoraggio del sistema “KPI RFID” analizzare i dati in output, verificare eventuali anomalie e discordanza, supporto nella implementazione di modifiche sul sistema, verificare la possibilità di inserire nuovi kpi. Vorrei creassimo un sistema più smart che possa collegarsi in automatico a powerBI per i KPI dell’ente Progetto BOSS Anche in questo caso, il BOSS oggi è gestito con un file excel manuale. YOUR ROLE * To coordinate the front-end of line process industrialization (wafer preparation, laser grooving, wafer sawing, die attach glue/ soft solder/solder paste- glue curing) supporting new products or package and at the same time ensuring quality standards of the new product /process being developed, meeting target milestones or maturity and operating within the defined budget and resources of the scopes. * To manage all development projects related to Critical product, including new material qualification, process changes and CPI across all the assembly line (perimeter includes either front-end and back-end of line) * To manage all the assembly-related innovation activities (proof of concept projects/ R&D support activities/ patents/technical papers at plant level) acting as main interface toward GTR&D organization for the plant. * To lead taskforces for process improvement related to new projects YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Techncial Background: Strong technical knowledge of assembly processes, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical problem solving. * Degree of autonomy: High level of autonomy in the technical decision-making process is needed.
