YOUR ROLE You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them. * Assist automation engineers in day-to-day operation support on factory automation equipment * Collaborate with various team to integrate automation solution with existing system * Monitor the performance of automated system for continuous improvement and optimization * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent vocational certification. * Fresh graduate are encourage, Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite * Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on, and self-driven mindset. * Willing and able to work shifts.
