Depending on experience, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and influence engineering roadmaps. THE ROLE The candidate, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, Analytics and BI, will lead the global digital marketing analytics strategy of STMicroelectronics, orchestrating the data-driven transformation and coordinating a global team of 7 digital analysts. Responsibilities and Qualifications YOUR ROLE * Management of the Concur System: Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies. * Use of IT Tools: Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency. * Creation of Queries for Reporting: Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making. * Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups: Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholder i.e. vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Qualification : Bachelors/Masters in IT/Computer Science; Certification in Concur Experience : 6-10 years 1- Proficiency in Concur System: Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users. 2- Strong IT Skills: Expertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems. 3- Data Extraction and Reporting: Skilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights; Knowledge/Experience of ‘Power BI’ would be a PLUS Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making. 4- Vendor Management and Project Coordination: Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully.
