What you'll bring Engineer with experience of semiconductor manufacturing such as: thin film deposition (sputter & evaporation), ion beam milling, photolithography, wire bonding, and flip chip bump bonding. Technical background –physics/chemistry/manufacturing related subject. Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Lean manufacturing and six-sigma techniques, pFMEA, SPC, failure analysis, root cause analysis. Good skills with Microsoft Office, familiar with Minitab or similar statistical analysis and ERP system such as SAP. Manual dexterity handling wafers and small piece parts. Comfortable using microscopes. Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment it would be nice if you had: Experience of KnS auto wirebonders and program creation. Suss Microtech spin coaters and developer programming. Direct Write (UV laser) Lithography and KLayout Mask design experience. This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn. What you’ll do Lead the Mk0 Radar Modes team (a sub-team within Mk0 Systems Engineering) Own the maturation and development of all Mk0 Radar Modes, maintaining the plan for routemap of development work on these modes and leading their team to successfully deliver the routemap. Carry out the full range of activities associated with radar mode design and verification / validation. Play a leading role in support to planning of trials activity (ground rig and flight trials), specifically for radar modes, and perform analysis on the resulting trials data. Animation de la communauté et coordination des parties prenantes • Faciliter et coordonner la communauté MBP, en assurant des échanges réguliers, l’alignement et le partage des bonnes pratiques • Préparer et animer les réunions de communauté, ateliers, forums et points de contact • Assurer le rôle d’interlocuteur pour les questions, orientations et besoins de support liés au MBP • Garantir une communication efficace avec les responsables des processus, experts, analystes et autres parties prenantes impliquées dans la gouvernance et l’exécution des processus 3\. Formation et développement des compétences • Concevoir, préparer, mettre à jour et animer les supports de formation et les sessions de sensibilisation MBP • Accompagner l’intégration et la montée en compétence des parties prenantes impliquées dans la gestion des processus • Contribuer au développement des supports pédagogiques, guides utilisateurs et documents de formation • Identifier les besoins de formation et proposer des actions pour renforcer l’adoption et la maturité des pratiques MBP 4\. Support à l’amélioration continue • Aider les responsables des processus à structurer leurs processus conformément aux principes MBP • Contribuer à l’identification et à la priorisation des actions d’amélioration liées à la gouvernance des processus • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance des processus et des aspects de reporting liés au déploiement et à la maturité du MBP 5\. Analyste des processus métiers • Contribuer à l’analyse et à la digitalisation des processus métiers dans l’EMS • Soutenir la compréhension des flux de processus, activités, rôles, livrables, interfaces, règles d’exécution, exigences clients et indicateurs de performance • Participer à des ateliers avec les responsables des processus et les experts pour recueillir les besoins et les traduire en processus et en documentation structurés Relations de travail Le poste interagit étroitement avec : • les responsables des processus ou leurs délégués • les experts des processus • les analystes • la communauté du système de management de la qualité • les experts des solutions EMS Il s’inscrit au sein du département Quality Management System, au niveau de la Gouvernance. Il coordonne également avec les partenaires internes impliqués dans le MBP : • le service de gestion des exigences clients • les représentants de différents systèmes de management • le service RH dédié à la formation Responsabilités • Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la pertinence des livrables de gouvernance du MBP • Assurer la réalisation des activités de gouvernance, des supports de formation et des actions d’animation de la communauté • Contribuer au déploiement effectif et à l’adoption du cadre MBP à l’ensemble de ST • Maintenir un niveau professionnel de support pour l’analyse des processus, leur digitalisation et leurs mises à jour Compétences clés et expérience • Familiarité avec les pratiques du secteur industriel de la haute technologie, avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans ce secteur • Connaissance des principes des processus et des systèmes de management • Bonne compréhension des pratiques de gouvernance et d’exécution des processus • Familiarité avec les méthodes d’analyse des processus métiers • Capacité à animer de larges communautés et à mener des ateliers avec leadership • Aptitude à préparer et à livrer des formations • Connaissance générale des standards et exigences de référence ayant un impact sur la gouvernance des processus • Rigueur dans l’application des pratiques en ligne avec les règles et exigences internes et externes • Compétences en business analysis, en appui à la gouvernance des processus et à la compréhension des processus • Maîtrise des outils et solutions technologiques modernes • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement corporate • Anglais professionnel courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral English version Mission The Manage Business Process (MBP) support has the responsibility for the definition, the deployment, and the continuous improvement of the process that describes how Business Processes are managed and do operate within the framework of ST’s Enterprise Management System. The role ensures the proper application, maintenance, and evolution of MBP principles, standards, conventions, and operational documents, while supporting the MBP community for the use of EMS. In addition, the role maintains a solid baseline in business process analysis to support the understanding, structuring, and digitalization of business processes. Main Activities 1\. MBP Governance * Support the governance of the Manage Business Process process. * Ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment of MBP practices with ST’s governance framework. * Maintain and update the MBP documentation and supporting materials. * Propose improvements to the MBP to increase clarity, adoption, efficiency, and business value. * Support the definition & deployment of process governance/execution principles 2\. Community management and Stakeholder coordination * Facilitate and coordinate the MBP community, ensuring regular interactions, alignment, and sharing of best practices. * Prepare and facilitate community meetings, workshops, forums and touch points * Act as a point of contact for MBP-related questions, guidance, and support. * Ensure effective communication with process owners, experts, analysts, and other stakeholders involved in process governance and execution. 3. Training and Capability building * Design, prepare, update, and deliver MBP training content and awareness sessions. * Support onboarding and upskilling of stakeholders involved in process management. * Contribute to the development of learning materials, user guides, and training supports. * Track training needs and propose actions to reinforce adoption and maturity of MBP practices. 4\. Support for Continuous Improvement * Help process owners structure their processes in line with MBP principles. * Contribute to the identification and prioritization of improvement actions related to process governance. * Support the follow-up of process performance indicators and reporting aspects linked to MBP deployment and maturity. 5\. Business Process Analyst * Contribute to the analysis and digitalization of business processes in EMS * Support the understanding of process flows, activities, roles, deliverables, interfaces, execution rules, customer requirements, performance indicators * Participate in workshops with process owners and experts to capture requirements and translate them into structured process documentation. Working Relationships * Work closely with process owners or delegates, process experts, analysts, Quality management system community and EMS solution experts. * Work amongst the Quality Management System department at Governance level * Coordinate with internal partners involved in the MBP: Customer Requirements Management; Various management systems representatives; HR Training department Responsibilities * Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of MBP governance deliverables. * Ensure delivery of governance activities, training materials, and community support actions. * Contribute to the effective deployment and adoption of the MBP framework across ST. * Maintain a professional level of support for process analysis and process digitalization and updates. Key skills and Experience * Familiarity with high-tech industry practices with a minimum of 5 years of experience in that domain. * Knowledge of processes and management system principles. * Good understanding of process governance and execution practices. * Familiarity with business process analysis methods. * Ability to animate wide communities and facilitate workshops with leadership skills. * Ability in training preparation and delivery. * General knowledge of standards and reference requirements impacting process governance. * Ability to prioritize governance needs and coordinate stakeholders in a collaborative mode. * Rigor in practices aligned with internal and external rules and requirements * Business analysis capabilities as a supporting skill set to reinforce process governance and process understanding. * Proficiency in using modern technological tools and solutions * Ability to work in a corporate environment * Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
