YOUR ROLE * Perform and follow up Equipment installation of new and transferred equipment and ensure its adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specification. * Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure Equipment are operating within specification and expected reliability * Supervise, in the capacity of Tool Owner, to ensure designated tasks are performance according to specification. * Perform and follow up with schedule preventive maintenance and calibration program and ensure that it is performed in adherence to documented working procedures and in a timely manner * Implement , recommend and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability program, to ensure it achieved expected results * Carry out and recommend action plans to reduce cost of equipment maintenance activities * Liaise with Equipment Vendors and third Party Suppliers in procuring necessary parts to carry out installation and servicing of Equipment. La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Acquisizione delle normative di Aeronavigabilità e Qualificazione, seguendone evoluzione e aggiornamento; Fornire il contributo per la preparazione della specifica di velivolo; Preparazione dei Piani di Certificazione e Qualificazione; Raccolta della documentazione di Certificazione al Volo, Certificazione e Qualificazione di Tipo, procedendo al loro esame per accertare la rispondenza ai requisiti della SoF Compliance Matrix o della Base di Certificazione o della Base di Qualificazione; Definizione delle condizioni di Aeronavigabilità dei velivoli, emettendo e aggiornando le limitazioni di volo (AWFL) e valutando le Direttive di Aeronavigabilità; Preparazione della Compliance Matrix, dell’Equipment Qualification List e delle Mandatory Maintenance Tasks; Interfaccia con le Autorità competenti; Gestione del mantenimento dei velivoli in esercizio (Continued Airworthiness); Garantire il coordinamento, a fronte di inconvenienti in servizio, dello svolgimento delle indagini e delle azioni correttive; Fornire il contributo di competenza alla formulazione delle risposte ai requisiti dei clienti potenziali; Fornire il supporto di competenza nella definizione dei requisiti per Equipaggiamenti/Sistemi. Titolo di studio : Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Aeronautica, Elettronica o Meccanica. Seniority: Junior Conoscenze e competenze tecniche : esperienza, o almeno conoscenza, in sistemi velivolo, elettronici e meccanici, conoscenza della normativa civile (es. La risorsa dovrà svolgere tutte le attività di competenza dell’Unità di Vehicle Management System & UCS EFA, per gli aspetti afferenti alla definizione, progettazione, analisi, testing e Qualifica/Certificazione di Vehicle Management System. In particolare, la risorsa dovrà: Acquisire le conoscenze di base relative alle normative di riferimento, sia militare che civile, per la definizione, progettazione e sviluppo di sistemi di controllo del volo; Definire specifiche di sistemi ed equipaggiamenti; Gestire/coordinare fornitori di sistemi ed equipaggiamenti; Controllare/commentare/rigettare o accettare la documentazione rilasciata dai fornitori; Definire i test requirement; Esecuzione delle prove al Rig (ingegneristiche e formali) ed analisi dei risultati; Preparare la documentazione tecnica per la certificazione/qualificazione (MOE); Contribuire all’analisi di problemi in-service; Supportare gli altri Enti aziendali (safety, airworthness, pubblicazioni tecniche, reparti di produzione, ecc…).
