LA TUA MISSIONE COME AGENTE DI VENDITA Stiamo cercando Agenti di Vendita Indipendenti (p.Iva), plurimandatari, con forte spirito imprenditoriale e conoscenza del territorio, per rappresentare e commercializzare la nostra piattaforma di Intelligenza Artificiale nel settore legale. Il tuo compito sarà quello di sviluppare relazioni commerciali con studi legali, avvocati e uffici legali aziendali gestendo l'intero ciclo di vendita di una soluzione ai innovativa già validata dal mercato, che proporrai ai tuo portafoglio clienti nel settore legale. Agirai come un punto chiave nell’espansione della nostra presenza sul mercato. RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI - Sviluppo Commerciale: acquisire nuovi clienti (studi legali, avvocati, uffici legali aziendali) nel territorio di riferimento attraverso attività di prospecting, presentazioni e negoziazione. - Gestione del Portafoglio: Sviluppare e gestire in autonomia il proprio portafoglio clienti, garantendo fidelizzazione e opportunità di upselling. - Consulenza di Prodotto: Presentare in modo efficace il valore della piattaforma Lexroom,ai, diventando un consulente di fiducia per i professionisti legali. - Obiettivi di Vendita: Raggiungere e superare i target assegnati, contribuendo attivamente alla crescita del fatturato. - Reporting: Mantenere un reporting puntuale e preciso delle attività commerciali e delle trattative in corso. - Collaborazione: Lavorare in sinergia con il team di supporto e gli Area Manager per massimizzare le opportunità di vendita e garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti. COSA CERCHIAMO - Stato Fiscale: Partita IVA attiva (preferibilmente Agente di Commercio Enasarco). - Esperienza: Solida esperienza in ruoli di vendita B2B, preferibilmente in ambito tecnologico o nei servizi professionali. - Conoscenza del Settore Legale: Esperienza con clienti nel settore legale o in ambito affine. - Network: Portafoglio clienti già sviluppato o capacità di generare nuovi lead qualificati. - Mindset Tecnologico: Interesse per l’innovazione e curiosità verso l’Intelligenza Artificiale.
