TRANSFORMING CIRCULAR ECONOMY EMBRACE OUR MISSION Circularity for everyone! We are on a mission to help people recover the value embedded in their pre-owned goods, transforming them into currency, and enabling brands to sell more sustainably. We’ve built a unique AI-powered, product-centric platform that connects retailers, consumers, and professional used-goods buyers. As we scale rapidly across Europe, we’re raising the bar for sustainability in one of the largest markets worldwide. LIVE BY OUR CULTURE We foster autonomy within our team, driven by our mission and the belief that 'culture eats strategy for breakfast.' In our view, agile management, long-term planning, and a deductive approach often fall short—only execution and tangible results truly matter. We believe in shared ownership of the company and learning through experimentation. JOIN OUR TEAM We are highly focussed on people and work relentlessly to put the best possible team together. Veliuers have worked in some of the best startups worldwide: Senso, Palantir, Reddit, Meta, Scalapay, Sibill, ScaleAi, Satispay and more! We secured our 4m USD pre-seed round in July 2025 and we have giga office in Milan (Italy). Compensation Package 1000/m EUR Meal vouchers Potential relocation bonus and travel-to-office budget Why we're hiring for this role Veliu Pro is growing fast in a market that's ripe for disruption. We need someone hungry enough to pick up the phone, send the message, and figure out what works — and smart enough to learn from every rep. This is an early bet. On you. What you'll do You'll run outbound. For real, from day one. Concretely: - You'll execute outbound outreach to professional buyers — dealers, resellers, luxury boutiques — across email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct calls. - You'll work from curated lead lists and learn how to prioritize and personalize at scale. - You'll run first-touch conversations to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team. - You'll track your activity, results, and learnings — and bring that feedback into the team. - You'll iterate on messaging, experiment with approaches, and develop your own sales instinct. You won't be shadowing. You'll be selling. Who we're looking for No formal sales experience required. What we do need is evidence that you're wired for this. You'll recognize yourself if: - You've sold something — a project, an idea, a product — even if it was never a job title. - You've started something: a side project, a small business, a community, anything that required you to get others on board. - You're not intimidated by rejection. You're curious about it. - You're competitive in a way that drives you, not just on paper. - You communicate with clarity and confidence, even when the answer isn't rehearsed. - You want to grow fast — in skill, in responsibility, in earnings — and you understand that non-linear growth requires non-linear effort. Language: Italian native or ultra fluent in Italian. Why Veliu? This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. From day one you'll have real targets, real conversations, and real skin in the game. The growth here is non-linear — the more you perform, the faster you move. We've designed this role to turn the right person into a full SDR, and beyond, faster than any traditional path would. If you're serious about a career in sales or entrepreneurship, there is no better training ground than closing your first deals inside a fast-moving startup.

We secured our 4m USD pre-seed round in July 2025 and we have giga office in Milan (Italy). Compensation Package Permanent Contract 35k EUR fixed salary + bonus Meal vouchers, fringe benefits, welfare ESOP allocation Why we're hiring for this role The luxury resale market is undergoing a structural shift. Professional buyers — dealers, boutiques, resellers — are actively sourcing inventory but haven't yet found a platform built for how they actually operate. Most of them don't know Veliu exists yet. The Outbound SDR owns the top of the funnel in the pro segment. A significant part of our growth depends on your ability to engage the right buyers, at the right moment, with the right message. This is not a lone wolf prospecting role. This is a high-velocity execution role with real commercial ownership. Our GTM engineering team builds the infrastructure to identify and enrich the right prospects — your job is to turn that intelligence into conversations, and those conversations into pipeline. What you'll do You'll work hand in hand with our GTM engineers to turn lead intelligence into qualified pipeline. Concretely: - You'll collaborate with GTM engineers to define ICP criteria, refine lead lists, and prioritize outreach based on signals and data. - You'll execute outbound sequences across email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct calls — acting fast on leads surfaced by the team. - You'll run structured discovery calls to understand sourcing needs, urgency, and fit. - You'll help shape the outbound playbook as we scale. - You'll work against clear, measurable, and ambitious targets. Here, you don't wait for leads. You act on them — fast and with precision. Who we're looking for: We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in outbound SDR or similar roles, ideally in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or luxury/fashion adjacent environments. You'll recognize yourself if: - You've consistently hit or exceeded outbound pipeline targets. - You're comfortable working with enriched lead data and translating signals into outreach. - You have a structured approach to sequencing and a bias for speed and iteration. - You know how to run a discovery call with method and structure. - You're competitive, resilient, and energized by turning a cold contact into a qualified opportunity. - You communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. - You think like a builder and want to grow fast in a sales career within a high-growth startup. Language: Italian native or ultra fluent in Italian.
