We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive Data Analyst to join the Performance Team within the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) Portfolio Office. As part of the Performance Team, you will work closely with other Business and Data Analysts directly reporting into the Performance Lead, to support the delivery of optimised data flows, and support the development and subsequent creation of insightful management reports using PowerBI and other tools, such as JIRA. The purpose of the FCAS Portfolio Office - Performance Team is to enhance and deliver Portfolio Performance reporting to enable data driven decision making and improve operational efficiency. We are aiming to provide meaningful insights from business management data to our Senior Leadership Team, Programme Managers and Wider Integrated Project Team (IPT) team members, through PowerBI and/or other systems. This requires sourcing, collating and moderating a multiplicity of views from across the business, and simplifying and rationalising a complex range of data to facilitate informed decisions making. You will gain first-hand experience and exposure in the decision-making processes at strategic through to operational level and understand how meaningful data analysis can support a range of stakeholders at varying seniority levels within the FCAS programme. This role offers hybrid working, allowing a combination of office-based and remote work, along with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. What you'll do as a PMO Data Analyst Retrieve, structure and analyse business management data from across the Programmes and across functions, identifying data quality issues and applying appropriate fixes, understanding and reconciling different data sources. Support the maintenance and development of key interactive reports in PowerBI and other tools, to enable the effective management of the FCAS Programmes/Products, as well as to satisfy other Leonardo UK business reporting requirements. Identify and suggest ways to streamline existing data management processes. Support the implementation of improvement Initiatives. Participate in internal team user testing, peer review and validation sessions. On occasion, support the delivery of training in the use of new tools or new ways of working. On occasion, provide facilitation support at requirements gathering/stakeholder management forums. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You'll Bring Strong analytical capability with expertise in manipulating and interpreting large datasets. Proven experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI. Ability to design clear, intuitive, and user-focused visualisations that drive decision-making. Solid understanding of data modelling, data structures, and ensuring data integrity within reporting solutions. Experience translating business requirements into effective dashboard and reporting outputs. Strong data storytelling skills — able to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data outputs. Experience automating reporting processes and optimising dashboard performance. Experience in the following areas would be advantageous but not essential Experience of working in a business management environment Experience of working with data from SAP, P6 Primavera, Business Objects (BObj) would be an advantage Experience with Python or R for data analysis Familiarity with data pipelines and SQL Be comfortable working in a small team and possess the flexibility to move to different tasks as priorities dictates. All’interno della UO Technology & Products della divisione, il Laboratorio di Artificial Intelligence rappresenta il centro di eccellenza per la ricerca industriale e la prototipazione di soluzioni basate su AI a supporto delle value proposition cyber & intelligence, digital e mission critical communications. Il/la Responsabile del Laboratorio guida le attività di innovazione tecnologica in ambito AI, coordinando un team multidisciplinare e garantendo l’allineamento della ricerca industriale alle esigenze del business. Your impact We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and data-focused Maintenance Engineering Support Coordinator to support Maintenance Engineering in improving the planning, scheduling, and reporting of maintenance activities. The role will primarily involve working within SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) to create, update, and schedule planned maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will also use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to maintain accurate records, analyse maintenance data, and produce reports that support effective decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and analytical skills who is interested in developing their knowledge of maintenance planning, SAP, and data-driven engineering improvement. What you will do as a Maintenance Engineering Support Coordinator Create and maintain planned maintenance tasks, maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling information within SAP PM. Support the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules for plant, equipment, and facilities. Review existing maintenance data to identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information. Work with maintenance engineers, technicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders to confirm task requirements, frequencies, labour needs, spare parts, and supporting documentation. Key responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta — owning briefs, copy, and creatives end-to-end. - Monitor daily performance, manage budgets and pacing, and run A/B tests to continuously optimise results. - Track and report on core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS), build dashboards, and support attribution modelling across the funnel. - Work with design and content teams to develop and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets and marketing assets ensuring ad-to-page message consistency. - Test new channels (like TikTok and programmatic) and audience segments, set up new campaigns, and localise activities in ES markets. - Collaborate with PMM, sales, and the performance lead to keep campaigns aligned with product launches and lead quality goals. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing — agency or in-house. - Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one major platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta), with a solid grasp of core metrics (CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS). - Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. SEO fundamentals is nice to have. - Knowledge of marketing automations and AI tools is mandatory (Zapier, Claude Code, MCPs…) - Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or across Southern European markets is a plus. - Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment. - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Catalan, Italian or German is a strong plus). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 + years of experience in full-stack software development, with a track record of building and shipping SaaS products end-to-end. - Advanced proficiency across the full stack with Node.js and Angular and Serverless architecture. - Fluent in AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) and able to use them daily to dramatically accelerate output. - Experience using product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and comfort with experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing. - Strong CI/CD experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and observability practices. - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound product and technical decisions with incomplete information. - Experience mentoring developers and collaborating effectively across disciplines. - Strong communication skills — able to talk directly to customers and translate their needs into technical solutions.
