YOUR ROLE To support 24hours manufacturing operations in etch module by * Ensuring process flow achieve high quality and good yield by following procedures. * Performing preliminary engineering assessment of problems in real time and implement solutions * Supporting engineering evaluation activity. * Working along with different functional teams to solve problems in the manufacturing environment. Notre future collaboration Pour soutenir l’activité de production du site de Crolles 300 mm, nous recherchons un responsable équipements au sein de l’atelier de photolithographie, dans l’équipe "Scanner". Au sein d'une équipe Engineering pilotant les activités des techniciens postés, vous êtes responsable d’une famille d’équipements fonctionnant 24 h/24 et 7 j/7. En collaboration avec des fonctions variées (Process Engineering, Équipementier, Qualité, Production…) et des partenaires externes, vous intervenez sur des équipements avancés en utilisant tous les outils à votre disposition (métrologie, le pilotage statistique des procédés, la GMAO, logistique des pièces détachées). Vous serez également en charge de l'installation des nouveaux tools de votre parc et de leur industrialisation. Votre mission Grâce à vos idée et votre agilité, repoussez les limites de l'excellence opérationnelle de ST Crolles en optimisant les performances de vos équipement par la maintenance et l'ingénierie ! Vos activités: Établir, entretenir et améliorer les standards de maintenance à appliquer par les techniciens des équipes postées sur le terrain : plan de maintenance préventive, procédures, outils, gestion des pannes courantes. Gérer le budget et la logistique des pièces détachées de votre périmètre. Apporter un support technique en deuxième ligne pour la résolution des problèmes complexes, en collaboration avec les équipementiers. Apporter votre expertise technique dans la compréhension et la résolution des problèmes liés à la qualité afin de réduire les rebuts. Vous mènerez également des projets d’amélioration continue Installer et mettre en production de nouvelles machines et industrialiser de nouvelles techniques. Le tout dans une équipe dynamique et un environnement stimulant ! Formation : Ingénieur généraliste, électronique ou mécanique. Idéalement des connaissances dans le secteur de la micro-électronique. Compétences requises : Affinités pour la maintenance. Rigueur / sérieux / esprit d’équipe / initiative / curiosité / réactivité / anglais technique / maîtrise des outils informatique et bureautique. Expérience : Une première expérience en milieu industriel dans un poste similaire serait un plus. YOUR ROLE * Maintain and support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations through real‑time problem analysis and immediate implementation of effective solutions. * Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow—delivering high quality, high yield, and low cost—by working closely with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to achieve overall committed production targets. * Provide real‑time troubleshooting for equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violations. * Manage and monitor equipment performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Work with Engineer to perform analysis and follow-up on all reported fab yields and D0 problems * Follow up on PM/CM qualifications to ensure equipment operates within specifications and can be returned to Manufacturing in the shortest possible time. * Assist in maintaining process quality and supporting process standardization for product and process industrialization. * Work with Engineer to ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in the system. * Manage and follow up on Lots on Hold. * Carry out Process Qualifications and Evaluations (trial runs) for SWR or split lots. * Ensure proper passdown with all process/tool details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the passdown report * Engage and participate in continuous improvement projects. * Lead and manage the team by setting clear priorities and achieving results through effective communication YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in relevant engineering * Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering. * Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment. * Good communication and reporting skills * Fast learner of new technical issues * Engineering data analysis skills * Multi-tasking ability ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction. The WET/BKFN/CMP SPC Champion drives statistical process control in the WET, Backfinish and CMP process areas to ensure process stability, early detection of abnormalities, and timely escalation of quality risks. The role works closely with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Central Quality teams to maintain stable, compliant, and high-yield operations. Main Responsibilities * Monitor SPC charts, control limits and process trends. * Identify abnormal patterns, shifts, trends and out-of-control conditions. * Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for SPC excursions. * Follow up on actions to ensure issues are contained and prevented from recurring. * Support updates to critical control parameters, sampling plans, control plans and Cp/Cpk monitoring. * Maintain accurate SPC records, action logs and documentation. * Support quality meetings, process stability reviews, audits and continuous improvement activities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. * Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in WET and/or BKFN and/or CMP process engineering or related process area. * Strong knowledge of SPC principles, process variation, process stability and Cp/Cpk. * Familiarity with FMEA, RCA, 8D, CAPA and change management. * Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
