YOUR ROLE The Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and overall operational performance improvement within Assembly Operations. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Finance, and Human Resources to improve manufacturing performance, eliminate waste, and establish sustainable operating systems that support long-term operational excellence. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance indicators, including output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Units Per Hour (UPH), yield, downtime, work in progress (WIP), cycle time, personnel efficiency, material efficiency, scrap, and cost. * Identify production bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and sources of operational losses. * Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop and monitor action plans for manufacturing areas that are not meeting performance targets. * Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC improvement projects. * Conduct and facilitate Lean activities such as 5S, Gemba walks, Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, time studies, SMED, and standard work improvement. * Drive cross-functional problem-solving activities to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance operational stability. * Ensure improvement initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver measurable and sustainable results. * Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly performance review meetings. * Coordinate improvement activities with Production, Process, Equipment, Quality, Planning, and other support departments. * Communicate operational issues, risks, priorities, and improvement progress clearly to employees and management. * Support alignment across functions to ensure timely execution of corrective and preventive actions. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Summarize operational performance, improvement status, and key issues for management review. * Provide clear and accurate reporting to support decision-making and operational control. * Support customer, corporate, and certification audits. * Prepare audit documentation, operational data, training records, and improvement evidence. * Present operational performance and continuous improvement activities during customer audits and official visits. * Coordinate the closure and verification of audit findings and corrective actions. * Prepare, review, and improve manufacturing work instructions to ensure accuracy and operational relevance. * Work with Engineering, Quality, and Document Control to ensure work instructions are updated and controlled properly. * Coordinate employee training for new or revised work instructions. * Maintain employee training records, skill matrices, and certification status. * Monitor certification expiry dates and arrange employee recertification as required. * Conduct Lean, 5S, problem-solving, and operational excellence training to strengthen team capability. * Work with Finance to validate productivity improvements and cost-saving initiatives. * Support the measurement and confirmation of business impact from improvement projects. * Ensure completed improvements are sustained, standardized, and embedded into daily operations. * Support manufacturing digitalization initiatives, automation opportunities, and performance dashboard development. * Contribute to the implementation of tools and systems that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly operations. * Experience in Back-End Manufacturing is highly preferred. ### Key Performance Indicators * OEE and productivity improvement * UPH and output performance improvement * Cycle time and WIP reduction * Yield improvement and scrap reduction * Personnel and material efficiency * Validated cost savings * Lean and Kaizen project completion * Customer audit readiness and finding closure * Work instruction compliance * Employee training and certification completion ### Communication and Leadership Requirements * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, managers, customers, and auditors. * Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and report-writing skills. * Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. * Good coaching, employee training, and change management skills. * Good command of written and spoken English. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. ### Working Conditions * This role combines office-based analysis with regular engagement on the production floor. * Occasional support outside normal working hours may be required for critical projects, audits, or major operational escalations. A propos de vos missions Le Test Paramétrique constitue la première vérification du fonctionnement électrique des composants embarqués dans les circuits : une étape clé. Sa mission est d’évaluer la qualité et la fiabilité des lots de fabrication pour garantir la livraison de puces fonctionnelles à nos clients. Le Test Paramétrique est un atelier pluridisciplinaire à la confluence des besoins de l’infrastructure software et hardware de test, le support aux équipes de la ligne de test et le développement des solutions nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins de demain. Au sein du département Device Engineering en charge du développement et du contrôle de nos technologies microélectroniques, vous assurez la réalisation de l’activité de test paramétrique selon les plans définis et le niveau de qualité attendu, à travers les missions suivantes : * Analyser les résultats de mesure des lots hors spécifications pour disposer de ceux-ci selon les règles et consignes définies et, implémenter des mesures complémentaires en cas de besoin. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Experience Requirements * 8+ years in Payroll, HR, business, administration or related field. * Proven experience as a Payroll Team Leader for at least 2 years or in a senior payroll role, with a track record of managing teams and payroll operations. * Experienced in handling payroll system, preferably SAP Payroll and extensive knowledge of Microsoft excel and office. * English business proficiency required and other language proficiency is an added value. * Experience in constructively collaborating with internal stakeholders. * Familiarity with high-volume payroll environments and compliance with relevant legislation. We are looking for a QMS Specialist with experience in quality certifications, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination. The role is responsible for identifying, obtaining, and maintaining QMS certifications and organizational approvals, managing relations with Certification Bodies and clients, overseeing external audit reporting and corrective actions, and monitoring Personnel and Supplier Qualification processes and related registers. Activities: Support to verify the compliance of the company regulation with the certification requirements Identify and propose QMS certifications / QMS qualifications / organization approvals to be obtained / maintained Ensure, manage and monitor the QMS certification / QMS qualification / organization approval Manage periodic Reporting on external audit and implement related actions Manage the relations with Qualification and Certification authorities and clients Manage the Personnel Qualification/Certification Process and monitor the Register of Qualified/Certify Personnel (certify Personnel on Quality perimeter) Objectives : Ensure the Company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and organizational approvals.
