Skills & Qualifications * Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a highly relevant technical discipline. Possession of local Electrical Wireman Licenses (A and B) will be considered a distinct asset. * Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience and technical knowledge in managing building services, fire protection infrastructure, plumbing networks, and facility utilities within a large industrial or corporate environment. * Proven Experience: Significant background in facilities engineering, non-manufacturing maintenance, or technical project management within a fast-paced setting. * People Management & Collaboration: A proven track record of effectively managing and coordinating diverse groups of external service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. * Constructive, Collaborative Approach: An engaging style focused on coaching and empowering teams, driving facility reliability and safety performance through strong communication, positive reinforcement, and mutual respect. * Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to spearhead data-driven operational improvements (e.g., energy efficiency upgrades, water reduction, automated service workflows) to optimize facility performance. * Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage technical documentation accurately and work independently in a dynamic, shifting environment.
