Enginering Planning & Control stiamo ricercando un/a Planning Engineer per la nostra sede di Venegono superiore. Il/La Planning Engineer è una figura professionale altamente qualificata che gestisce unitamente al/alla Responsabile Tecnico di Programma le attività di pianificazione dei Progetti. Collabora con le varie funzioni di Ingegneria e di Divisione per garantire che le attività siano allineate con gli obiettivi e con le procedure aziendali. Nello specifico sviluppa, integra i contributi degli enti e monitora il Piano identificando le criticità in modo tempestivo. Tramite gli strumenti di pianificazione raccoglie e analizza i dati relativi alla performance dei progetti. Il/la candidato/a ideale dovrà quindi, avere nozioni di pianificazione e gestione di progetti ingegneristici, preferibilmente nel settore aeronautico, con una solida comprensione delle tempistiche, risorse e processi coinvolti nella realizzazione di progetti complessi. La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di : Sviluppo del Piano di Progetto: In collaborazione con il Responsabile tecnico del Progetto sviluppa il Piano dell’Ingegneria in coerenza con il TLPS e il preventivo Verifica congruenza delle date delle milestones principali e dei deliverables durante il ciclo di vita del progetto. Coordinamento delle attività con i vari dipartimenti di Ingegneria per garantire la corretta esecuzione del piano. Monitoraggio e Controllo dei Progetti: Integrazione e aggiornamento dei piani di dettaglio degli enti, verificando la coerenza delle tempistiche, delle risorse (ore e costi) necessarie per il completamento delle attività ingegneristiche. Monitoraggio continuo dei progressi del progetto in collaborazione con il Chief Engineer, con particolare attenzione al rispetto delle scadenze. Analisi delle deviazioni rispetto al piano iniziale e gestione di eventuali azioni correttive per risolvere i ritardi o le problematiche. Reporting e Comunicazione: Preparazione di report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, inclusi tempi, costi e qualità delle attività ingegneristiche. Comunicazione regolare con i responsabili delle altre aree aziendali per garantire un flusso continuo di informazioni riguardo eventuali modifiche alle specifiche o agli obiettivi di progetto. Partecipazione a riunioni di aggiornamento con i team di ingegneria, management e stakeholder esterni per la discussione di stati di avanzamento e problematiche. Analisi delle Prestazioni: Monitoraggio delle performance delle attività ingegneristiche tramite KPIs (Indicatori Chiave di Prestazione) Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale in ingegneria gestionale e/o ITS aeronautico Seniority: Junior, 1-3 anni di esperienza Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Conoscenza teorica di Pianificazione industriale Conoscenza di base degli standard aeronautici Competenze comportamentali: Atteggiamento flessibile per gestire le priorità mutevoli e le attività multitasking Attitudine a lavorare con scadenze ravvicinate Buone capacità di problem solving, con un approccio indipendente, per prendere decisioni tecniche di base Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli Buone capacità di comunicazione e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente di gruppo interfunzionale Entusiasmo per innovazione e sostenibilità. Our technology starts with you. _________________________________________________ YOUR ROLE You will contribute to the modeling and optimization of the Direct Labor (DL) engineering process. Your mission will focus on analyzing current activity flows, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of a more accurate and efficient labor model. You will work with engineering and operational teams to: * Study the current Direct Labor engineering process * Collect, analyze, and structure relevant data * Support the modeling of labor activities and workload distribution * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities * Contribute to the development of reporting tools and performance indicators * Assist in documentation and presentation of findings YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Student preparing a Technician, Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Data Analysis, or a related field * Strong interest in process analysis, industrial performance, and data modeling * Basic knowledge of: * Excel and data handling * Reporting tools * Process mapping / workflow analysis * Analytical and problem-solving methods * Good organizational and communication skills * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment * English proficiency is a plus * _________________________________________________ ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
