IL TUO RUOLO Nell’ambito della linea produttiva di semiconduttori da 200 mm con sede ad Agrate, è aperta una posizione finalizzata al rafforzamento del team di Process Engineering PVD. La risorsa selezionata sarà coinvolta in attività di controllo di processo, troubleshooting, analisi dati e miglioramento continuo, con l’obiettivo di supportare una produzione stabile, efficiente e di elevata qualità. In qualità di PVD Process Engineer Intern, la risorsa si occuperà di: * Operare e ottimizzare i tool di deposizione di metalli tramite tecnica PVD, definendo e mettendo a punto le ricette di processo al fine di garantire qualità, stabilità e ripetibilità dei processi. * Eseguire il monitoraggio del processo e le attività di troubleshooting, incluse qualifiche macchina, analisi difetti, monitoraggio SPC e FDC, per assicurare prestazioni di processo stabili e costanti. * Analizzare i dati di processo e di metrologia per individuare opportunità di miglioramento, condurre analisi delle root cause e implementare azioni correttive e preventive volte a incrementare resa, throughput e stabilità di processo. * Aggiornare la documentazione di processo e le Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in funzione delle modifiche e dei miglioramenti introdotti. * Collaborare con i team cross-funzionali, inclusi R&D, produzione e quality assurance. * Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni di team e alle attività di problem solving, fornendo supporto a process ed equipment engineers e al team di manufacturing. * Contribuire alle iniziative di miglioramento continuo finalizzate ad aumentare efficienza, resa e qualità, individuando e implementando anche opportunità di automazione dei processi. ESPERIENZA E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE * Studente/Studentessa o Laureato/a in Scienze dei Materiali, Fisica, Chimica o Ingegneria (elettronica, fisica, chimica, dei materiali). * Capacità di guidare e partecipare a team di problem solving cross-funzionali. * Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative. * Attitudine autonoma, proattiva e orientata all’apprendimento continuo. * Forte approccio analitico, capacità di data mining e attenzione ai dettagli. * Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (requisito indispensabile). * Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office (requisito obbligatorio). * Familiarità con i concetti di SPC e con strumenti di problem solving; la conoscenza di FMEA, 8D, data mining e data analysis costituirà titolo preferenziale. YOUR ROLE We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of Process Engineer in the Metal Deposition module of the FEM–AG300 organization. The role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with a focus on managing and controlling micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition, including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and electroplating processes. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage a cost-effective manufacturing process procedure in wafer fabrication, through the provision of engineering support to the production line, so as to achieve organization's targeted manufacturing index. 2. Take full ownership on all engineering issues of assigned process. 3. Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation. 4. Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists, Production Supervisors and Shift Engineers to achieve overall committed targets. 5. Maintain, manage & improve department quality key performance index (wafer scrap, defectivity, SPC, FDC, non-conformance lot, excursion etc.) 6. Establish robust process control system for Si & SiC to maintain the lowest Wafer At Risk (WAR) level, highest signal to noise ratio on SPC & FDC, and minimize human dependency. 7. Implement Best Known Method (BKM) for overall quality control system through benchmarking. 8. Participate with the local team in selected projects or activities such as cost reduction, process robustness, quality improvement, cycle time improvement. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering. * Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply * Good problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure. * Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly. * Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams. YOUR ROLE Working independently on equipment maintenance to meet MTBF / Wafer Output / process yield quality and throughput parameters. To work with equipment vendor / project team / Facility Process for new tool installation , commissioning and qualification meeting the defined timeline schedule. To lead equipment / process / capacity / Cost improvement projects Provide trg to SME / PM Tech for new tools or work procedures Performance Optimization: Process (SPC) improvement and implement modifications for better yield and efficiency Safety & Standards: Ensure all equipment operates within safety and environmental regulations. Documentation: Establish operating procedures, training guides / OCAP and maintenance PM schedules YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in Electronics & Electrical * 2-3 yrs experience in 8" Diffusion furnaces ((TEL Alpha / VTR7000 / ASM / Kokusai) maintenance & troubleshooting / Installation and commissioning using schematic * Good to have experience in designing and developing solutions sensors via micro-controllers (eg. STM32) / Raspberry Pi computers as part of FDC (Fault Detection Control) * Knowledge and Experience in FMEA,8D tools and SPC concept to collaborate * Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving under pressure, and cross-functional collaboration.
