What you will do as a Supportability Engineer (Electronics) Partner with multidisciplinary project teams to shape supportable next-generation radar systems Perform reliability modelling and electronic failure analysis at equipment and component level Influence hardware design through RAMT assessments, maintainability studies and supportability trade-offs Develop and maintain FMEA/FMECA , fault analysis and reliability predictions Contribute to diagnostics, testability strategies and through-life support solutions Help solve real-world engineering challenges, improving product resilience from concept to disposal What you’ll bring We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in some of the following: Background in electronics, hardware or systems engineering Ability to interpret schematics, circuit designs and component-level behaviour Experience in reliability, supportability, RAMT, safety, design assurance or related disciplines Exposure to FMEA/FMECA, fault analysis or root cause investigations Knowledge of defence, aerospace, complex electronics or safety-critical systems (helpful but not essential) Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or similar — or equivalent industry experience This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
