YOUR ROLE This position will closely work with subcontractor for assembly and test/ finishing, mainly focusing on operation quality to : * Lead Audit in subcontractors (QMS, VDA 6.3, Anti-Mixing, ESD) and conduct Gemba Walk * Manage customer audits and actions follow-up * Manage 8D Quality / Cycle Time, , Sanity Check on committed 8D actions * Manage cross-fertilization of good activities from other plant and deployment of special quality requirement from customers * Manage internal customer complains / Crises / Excursion * Manage non-conformance lots (MRB Tool) and stationary lots * Conduct training on quality tools * Perform Supplier Performance Evaluation and drive for Improvement * Manage quality of consigned materials * Lead Quality Improvement Projects YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Bachelor's degree or above * 8 years relevant experience in Semiconductor * Proficient in semiconductor assembly processes * Sophisticated in 8D, SPC, FMEA, DOE, APQP, SPC, etc. * Good problem solving, statistical analyst and project management skills * Good communication skills in both verbal and written English * Able to manage complex problems independently * Basic knowledge in VDA 6.3, IATF 19649 is preferred * Experienced in MS software Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way. Your impact We are looking for a skilled aviation engineer who we will train to become a Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Engineer. You will apply your existing maintenance knowledge, skills and experience to this new role. Which involves identifying possible failures, understanding the effect of failures and preventing them occurring. La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Qualità Prodotto e supporterà le attività di identificazione e analisi delle cause radice (RCCA) in caso di non conformità o problematiche riscontrate durante il processo produttivo. Collaborerà con i reparti di produzione, ingegneria e qualità per implementare azioni correttive efficaci e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi. Principali attività: • Analisi delle non conformità: Supporto nell'identificazione delle cause radice attraverso metodologie RCCA (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA). • Implementazione azioni correttive: Collaborazione con i reparti coinvolti per definire e monitorare l'efficacia delle azioni correttive. • Monitoraggio delle performance: Raccolta e analisi di dati relativi a sdifettologie, rilavorazioni e reclami per individuare tendenze e aree di miglioramento. • Redazione reportistica: Preparazione di report dettagliati su attività RCCA, risultati ottenuti e raccomandazioni per il miglioramento. Titolo di Studio : Laurea di I o II livello (preferibilmente Ing. Aeronautica, Meccanica o Gestionale) o in caso di diploma tecnico è richiesta anche se breve precedente esperienza nel campo. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction * Identify opportunities and initiate actions to improve the yield performance, productivity, cycle time, and quality and cost. * Work on cost saving through minimizing material waste, process downtime reduction, increasing throughput, and removing redundant process steps. * Improving cycle time by exploring any opportunity on process capability, line layout, increasing equipment throughput and improving tools stability. Job Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent * Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor Etch area, familiar with Etch Processes * Strong Etch process technical background with experience to develop and optimize new process recipe * Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details * High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams * Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologies. Set-up process recipe of newly setup process equipment. 2. Perform qualification for new process equipment and new process recipe. 3. Evaluate the new processes and make a series of process characterization. 4. Perform inline troubleshooting and qualification in daily operation. 5. Follow Gemba activity to identify opportunity of improvement in operation and quality aspects. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in engineering of materials, chemistry * Knowledge of excel, office suite. * English language proficiency * at least 5 years experience in wafer fab process engineering, and having at least 3 years experience in DCVD process; preferred experienced in DCVD process tool type in Applied materials Centura and Producer. * Strong CVD process technical knowledge background, with experience to develop and optimize new process recipe * Master SPC, FMEA and 8D problem solving methodology.
