Job Purpose * Manage projects related to semiconductor technology set up and manufacturing in foundries Job Responsibilities, * Manage projects on a wide range of technologies with key Chinese foundries on key technical aspects such Power Discrete or BCD related. * Manage the relationship with internal customers (product division, product engineering, design team, etc…) * Drive the foundry team toward yield, quality and reliability improvement according to ST procedure, with Zero defect approach * Monitor supplier activity performance through SPC process control, process changes, nonconformity management, scorecard, etc * Manage crisis/excursions in foundries and prevent reoccurrence through 8D management. * Set up and/or qualify new technology/process in foundries. The function requires * 5 years of experience in front end fab manufacturing preferably in Process Integration/Device Engineering (knowledge in BCD technology R&D is a plus) * Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university * High autonomy in acting with excellent communication and team work skills * Fluent in English and Mandarin * Ability to work in cross functional and multi-cultural environment * To travel to visit foundries abroad on a regular basis Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
