YOUR ROLE * Perform analysis work in one or more areas, based on assignment and training: * Electrical Analysis using techniques such as Emission Microscopy, OBIRCH, SEI, PVC, Liquid Crystal, Circuit Modification, and SRP * Reliability Analysis using Parametric Analyzers and techniques such as transistor characterization and oxide integrity * Physical Analysis such as delayering, cross-sectioning, FIB, sample preparation for further analysis, including TEM preparation when required, and TEM operation for imaging and EDX elemental analysis * Support laboratory request procedures, tool usage control, and quality system implementation. * Assist Engineers in setting up site laboratory procedures for newly introduced processes. * Support urgent requests from the manufacturing line, T84, and EWS. * Comply with Quality System, EHS, 5S, and Lean requirements. * Support operational analysis activities and training when required. * Communicate effectively with engineers, stakeholders, and shift counterparts to ensure timely completion and smooth handover. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Device Physics, Material Science, Physics, or a related field. * 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. * Hands-on experience with delayering, cross-section, FIB, TEM, and EDX is an advantage. * Knowledge of failure analysis, microelectronics, and silicon processing. * Able to work independently in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision. * Good communication skills and a strong team player. * Self-directed, proactive, and willing to learn. * Able to perform shift work and support overtime when required. YOUR ROLE * Able to perform more than one of the below: * Electrical Analysis using techniques such as Emission Microscopy, OBIRCH, SEI, PVC, Circuit Modifications, Spreading Resistance (SRP), etc * Physical Analysis such as delayering (Wet/Dry/Lapping), cross-section (Mechanical & FIB), etc * Reliability Analysis using Parametric Analyzers and reliability techniques such as transistor characterization, oxide integrity. * Participate in digitalization projects, including Automation, CNN and intelligent systems, to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency. * Ensure implementation of Laboratory request procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place. * Develop new methodologies/techniques when required. * Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers. * Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), EHS (Ecology, Health & Safety) and 5S. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Data Engineering /Semiconductor Device Physics /Material Science/Physics * Minimum 3-5 years relevance experience will be preferred. * Knowledge of Failure Analysis/Reliability techniques, microelectronics and Si Processing * Strong Interest in Digitalization * Machine Learning and Python Skills will be a plus * Possess good communication skills to collaborate with all levels of people internally and externally * Able to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision. * Fast learner, independent and able to work in a cross functional team.
