Responsibility- What You Will Be Doing * Monitor and control HVAC, CDA, Power, fire alarm interfaces, Water systems, PCW and other building/process utilities through the FMCS platform. * Design and configure control strategies, sequences of operation, graphics, alarms, trends, gap analysis and improvements / catch up with gap, SPC integration and reports. * Perform system troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and field device issues. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility teams during installation, commissioning, and maintenance. * Maintain system documentation, including control drawings, SPC set point lists, I/O schedules, network diagrams, and as-built records, PLC Backup programs. * Support preventive maintenance and optimize system performance to improve energy efficiency and uptime. * Integrate third-party systems such as 132kV controls, pumps, sensors, and meters into the FMCS. * Commission and validate control systems during new installations and upgrades. * Ensure compliance with POR(Point of Record) and applicable codes, standards, and site procedures. * Train operators and maintenance staff on system use, alarms, and basic troubleshooting.
