YOUR ROLE * Ensure its adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specification. * Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure Equipment are operating within specification and expected reliability * Supervise shift PM team to ensure designated tasks are performance according to specification. * Perform and follow up with schedule preventive maintenance and calibration program and ensure that it is performed in adherence to documented working procedures and in a timely manner * Implement, recommend and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability program, to ensure it achieved expected results * Carry out and recommend action plans to reduce cost of equipment maintenance activities * Liaise with Equipment Vendors and third Party Suppliers in procuring necessary parts to carry out installation and servicing of Equipment. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering * Diploma in the relevant Engineering field with experience can also be considered * Experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab cleanroom equipment will be an advantage * Experience in Wafer Prober will be preferred * Good Team player, positive working attitude and willingness to learn * Good communication with Peers ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
