Key Responsibilities LMS Administration * Administer day-to-day LMS activities, including course uploads, enrollment management, assignments, and completion tracking. * Maintain accurate learning records and user data within the LMS. * Support learners and managers with basic LMS queries, navigation, login, and access issues. * Ensure timely processing of training records, attendance updates, and completion status changes. Operational Support * Support training logistics such as scheduling, learner communication, attendance tracking, and session setup. * Assist with maintaining training calendars, learning request trackers, and course catalogs. * Coordinate with vendors, instructors, and internal stakeholders for assigned programs. * Support reporting activities by preparing routine extracts, reconciliations, and data validation checks. Data Quality and Compliance * Check data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across learning records and related HR systems. * Ensure learning activities are processed in line with defined policies and procedures. * Flag unusual records, data issues, or process exceptions for review and escalation. * Maintain confidentiality and data handling standards at all times. Process Support * Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement suggestions. * Support testing of LMS changes or process updates as needed. * Update user guides or internal process documentation where required. Customer Service * Provide responsive and professional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders. * Resolve routine issues quickly and escalate more complex issues appropriately. * Contribute to a positive learner experience through accurate and timely service delivery. Qualifications * 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations, L&D administration, or shared services. * Hands-on experience with LMS systems and learning data processing. * Strong accuracy, service orientation, and organizational skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling. * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is an advantage. * Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or SAP is beneficial. Il a pour mission de tester les plaquettes après fabrication et avant expédition au client, afin de garantir leur qualité, leur conformité et leur fiabilité. Au sein du site de Crolles, vous serez rattaché au département Application dont le rôle est d'assurer le support, la maintenance et le déploiement des solutions permettant de garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements et des environnements de test, en support à la production, dans un contexte de forte exigence opérationnelle. Le poste Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe Application, nous recherchons notre futur(e) ingénieur EWS / Administrateur Testeur avec une forte orientation administration de testeurs sous Windows, infrastructure technique et cybersécurité. Le poste consiste à assurer la bonne mise en œuvre, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l’évolution des environnements techniques dédiés aux équipements de test EWS, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les experts. Vos missions principales Administration et support des testeurs * Assurer le bon fonctionnement des environnements testeurs. * Administrer principalement des testeurs sous Windows. * Participer à la gestion centralisée des comptes utilisateurs des testeurs. * Contribuer à la réflexion et à la mise en place d’une architecture de type domain controller pour la gestion centralisée des accès. * Réaliser le support quotidien sur les problématiques liées aux testeurs et aux environnements associés. Gestion des infrastructures et des outils * Garantir le bon fonctionnement du réseau, des serveurs et des échanges de données. * Superviser les postes de travail testeurs et les serveurs EWS. * Administrer une solution centrale permettant de planifier, organiser et stocker les procédures liées à l’activité. * Gérer les mises à jour logicielles des postes de travail. * Suivre les licences des logiciels installés sur le shopfloor. * Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et au maintien des solutions d’automatisation comme PDF solutions ou STOT. Cybersecurité et conformité * Participer à la gestion de la sécurité des environnements : * durcissement / sealing des postes, * sauvegardes et restaurations, * protection contre les virus et malwares, * respect des exigences cybersécurité du périmètre EWS. * Veiller à la conformité des pratiques et à la protection des actifs du shopfloor. * Appuyer les échanges avec les équipes cybersécurité et IT. Who We Are APeC Datacenter Organization mission is to expand the ST billing thru promotions, customers' design support and validation of the different products involved in the several applications related to Datacenter, which include Discrete, Analog and microcontrollers products. We are looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) with expertise in cooling system for data center applications. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and customer support for motor control solutions used for cooling system in data center infrastructure. Key Responsibilities As a Field Application Senior Engineer, you will provide technical support and validation of the different products involved in the several applications related to cooling system for Datacenter, with focus on motor control. You will work closely with customer engineers to troubleshoot technical issues, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to customer success across the APeC region. Through your technical expertise and customer interaction, you will also support the growth of our business. * Development, testing, and validation of power inverters targeting 3-phase motor drivers for Data center cooling system. * Provide technical support to customers on motor control products * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote ST’s products and system solutions targeted at data center applications. * Troubleshoot complex application issues related to cooling systems, including thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and reliability challenges. * Support PCB layout reviews and provide design recommendations for multilayer boards used in cooling system. * Participate in customer design reviews, prototype bring-up, and qualification activities. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key engineers at key customer accounts to ensure successful project execution * Collaborate with FAE teams in Japan, Taiwan, and South Asia to support customers across the APeC region. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * 6+ years of experience with data center cooling system. * Deep knowledge of motor control algorithms and their implementation in embedded solution trough MCU * Basic Knowledge of Power (GaN, HV and LV Mosfet) and Analog products (Driver, OpAMP and Comparator, DCDC) for Datacenter to Design high frequency AC/DC and DC/DC converters * PCB design with electronic CADs. * Experience working in semiconductor or power electronics industries supporting OEMs or system integrators. * Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers). * Ability to analyze test data and communicate technical results effectively. * Experience with high-current, high-efficiency power stage and thermal management techniques. * Familiarity with EMI/EMC design considerations and compliance testing. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist – Talent Acquisition Shared Services to support backend recruitment operations within a centralized Talent Services / Shared Services environment. The role will focus on executing day-to-day recruitment support activities, maintaining operational accuracy, ensuring timely processing of requests, and providing coordination support to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders.
