As a Device Engineer at STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for the Yield & D0 improvement for the technology under your charge. You will analyze silicon data, support technology and product development, drive parametric yield and reliability improvements. * To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement. * To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery. * To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness. * Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines * To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan. * To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis. Experience of working with PCB layout personnel in an advisory capacity. Hands on experience of using RF test and measurement equipment to develop and debug RF circuitry. Ability to use RF and system modelling and simulation tools. Ability to produce concise technical reports detailing design solutions and implementation. Ability to understand and follow the business practices, such as design reviews, which come with working in a high technology defence environment.
