Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions and input into Hyperion Financial Management. Assist with preparation of documentation to support the Senior Accounting Officer requirements and support audit requests as required. Assist in the provision of documentation and maintenance of the annual UK Transfer Pricing report and documentation. Collate and prepare information to comply with Controlled Foreign Companies and Country by Country Reporting requirements. Liaison and support to other departments on technical tax matters including corporate tax advice at bid stage. Support the internal forecasting process and be a contact with relevant stakeholders. Minimise exposure to penalties or additional tax arising from late lodgement of returns, taxation audits or mis-declaration penalties. Assist in the production and, where applicable, the updating of the documentation of the Tax Team’s processes and evidence/support of tax treatments. Prepare information to respond to Law 262 internal audit and external audits. Support the wider tax team as necessary.
