La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Preparare, pianificare, coordinare e monitorare i progetti di ingegneria assegnati - Preparare e mantenere un Piano di Gestione dell'Ingegneria di Sistema - Monitorare l'avanzamento dell'ingegneria e definire traguardi e scadenze - Redigere specifiche funzionali, specifiche di interfaccia e matrice di conformità dei requisiti - Redigere, con il supporto dei Responsabili Tecnici, le Specifiche Tecniche di Acquisto per i subfornitori - Formulare i requisiti utente come punto di partenza per la progettazione del sistema - Monitorare la conformità ai codici applicabili, alle prassi, ai requisiti del cliente, agli standard di prestazione e alle specifiche - Rivedere e verificare i deliverable di ingegneria e avviare le opportune azioni correttive - Interagire con i Clienti per interpretare le loro esigenze e i loro requisiti - Eseguire il controllo qualità generale del lavoro (budget, tempi, piani, prestazioni del personale) e riferire regolarmente sullo stato del progetto - Collaborare e comunicare efficacemente con il Project Manager e gli altri partecipanti al progetto - Coordinare le attività di collaudo in loco, con l'obiettivo principale di garantire la conformità ai requisiti di progetto, ad esempio, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo: · Test di sicurezza · Test del PLC I/O · Controlli di unità o moduli · Controlli di assiemi o linee · Controlli funzionali di linea - Coordinare le attività di test in loco, interne e con il cliente, con il supporto del responsabile dei test - Supervisionare le attività di chiusura del progetto rimanenti (snag e open points) assicurandosi che i singoli punti vengano affrontati e completati Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria preferibilmente meccanica, elettrotecnica, chimica (con applicazioni in processi, informatica o gestionale). The successful candidate will lead the P4E System Integration and Qualification team, manage the integration environment and co-ordinate testing to support the delivery of the P4E product to the customer.
