At Lexroom, http://Lexroom.ai we set the bar for legal AI—clear, fast, and built for trust. In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving lawyers, law firms, and companies the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters. We're scaling rapidly, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team dedicated to rigor, clarity, and impact. Today, Lexroom is a trusted partner, shaping the future of legal AI with discipline and purpose.   WHY LEXROOM http://Lexroom.ai? - Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe. - Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition. - Deliver Meaningful Results: Your work will directly influence how legal professionals operate—faster, clearer, and more efficiently. At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you'll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. ROLE You'll own the product for two distinct but connected areas: the AI Legal product surface (legal research, AMA, Word Add-in, Regulatory Alerts) and one of our international expansion markets (Germany or Spain). That means doing the discovery work to understand what Italian law firms actually need, shipping features that move retention and depth of use, and helping figure out what "Lexroom in Germany" means, from corpus coverage to onboarding to positioning. You'll report to the Head of Product and work directly with engineering, design, and legal engineers embedded in our squad model. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Run discovery: user interviews, behavioral data, support signal — enough to know what's worth building before you commit the team. - Define and maintain the roadmap for your area. Write specs that engineering can build from without a follow-up meeting. - Drive international expansion work: competitor analysis, market fit assessment, localization gaps, go-to-market coordination with sales and marketing. - Own launch quality: brief stakeholders, define success metrics, close the feedback loop after shipping. - Track what matters. Not vanity metrics — activation, retention, feature depth. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2–4 years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS. - You've shipped features end-to-end and can point to the outcome, not just the output. - Comfortable working from ambiguous signals: you can turn a messy interview or a confusing data cut into a clear hypothesis. - Fluent in Italian and English — both markets, both stakeholders. - Structured thinker. You write clearly, prioritize explicitly, and push back when something doesn't add up. - Familiarity with product tooling (Linear, Figma, Notion, any analytics platform) is fine; we care more about judgment than tool fluency. - AI-native PM: you are able to build a working MVP using AI coding tools Bonus if you have: experience with legal tech, enterprise software, or a previous international market expansion. WHAT TO EXPECT - Scope: You'll own a product area from day one, not assist on someone else's roadmap. - Team: Small squads, fast feedback, direct access to the founders and CTO. REWARDING YOUR CONTRIBUTION We value excellence and share success: - Annual Salary Range: €45,000 – €80,000+ depending on seniority - Stock option package: Your hard work will directly contribute to—and benefit from—our success. BENEFITS THAT MATTER - Hybrid Work: Flexibility to balance remote work with in-person collaboration at our Milan HQ. - Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to ensure peace of mind. - Meal Vouchers: Daily support to make your lunch breaks easier. - Performance Bonuses: Rewards tied directly to measurable results. - Team Retreats & Off-sites: Dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas. At Lexroom http://Lexroom.ai, ambition meets discipline and purpose. We're not just building a product—we're setting a new standard for the legal world. If you're ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

Always. In a fast-moving world, speed with purpose beats certainty without action. Momentum matters—not for its own sake, but because it drives results. Clarity Through Transparency : We bring each other along. We work in teams, not silos. Transparency gives context, and context enables action. That means we share decisions early, publish work in progress, and document outcomes so others can learn, move faster, and build better. Learn Loudly : We grow by doing and by daring. Big bets unlock big breakthroughs. But real innovation demands risk, and risk always carries the possibility of failure. That’s not a flaw. It’s the price of ambition. Challenge with Empathy : We speak up, even when it’s hard—because candor shows care, and leads to better outcomes. Listening deeply is how we grow. Disagreeing openly is how we build trust. Always Build Better: We are builders—of products, systems, and ideas. But more than that, we are builders of better. Better has no finish line. It’s a mindset.
